BREAKING: US military responds to Syrian government with 59 cruise missiles

US President Donald Trump on Thursday ordered the launch of airstrikes in Syria.

Trump’s order was in response to chemical attacks allegedly ordered by Bashar al-Assad, Syrian President, against his people.

The chemical attacks killed several persons, including children and women.

The US fired 59 Tomahawk missiles from the USS Porter and USS Ross destroyers in the Eastern Mediterranean against the Shayrat air base.

According to the US, the planes that carried out the chemical attacks lifted off from the air base.

The missiles were said to have targeted aircraft and aircraft shelters, ammunition, air defense systems and radars.

“There can be no dispute that Syria used banned chemical weapons, violated its obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention and ignored the urging of the U.N. Security Council,” Trump said, while speaking at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

“As a result, the refugee crisis continues to deepen and the region continues to destabilize, threatening the United States and its allies.

“Tonight I call on all civilized nations to join us in seeking to end the slaughter and bloodshed in Syria and also to end terrorism of all kinds and all types.

“Tonight I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched. It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons.”

Meanwhile, Russia, Syria’s staunch ally, says the strike violates international law

Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesperson, on Friday said the US strike constituted “aggression against a sovereign state in violation of international law”.

Pregnant Beyonce pulls out of Coachella fest.

Pop superstar Beyonce, who is pregnant with twins, has pulled out of her headlining spot at the Coachella music festival in southern California, event organizers announced on Thursday.

The event is among the world’s premier live music festivals and Beyonce’s performance had been eagerly anticipated.

However, “following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months, Beyonce has made the decision to forgo performing at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival,” a statement said, adding that “she will be a headliner at the 2018 festival.”

The superstar announced earlier this month that she and husband Jay Z are expecting twins.

The singer already has a five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, with Jay Z.

It is unclear when she is due to give birth.

Massive backlash follow Carlos Santana’s “Beyonce is not a singer” comment.

Carlos Santana has attempted to “clarify” a comment he made about Beyonce after the Grammy Awards after it prompted a backlash from her fans.

The legendary guitarist was quoted in the Australian Associated Press where he said that Adele won the Grammy for Album of the Year over Beyonce because “she [Adele] can sing, sing”.

“With all respect to our sister Beyonce, Beyonce is very beautiful to look at and it’s more like modelling kind of music – music to model a dress – she’s not a singer, singer, with all respect to her,” he said.

Beyonce fans were obviously outraged and Santana began trending on Twitter, where even a few of his own fans jumped in to defend Beyonce.

Since the backlash, Santana has posted a “clarification” on his official Facebook page.

“I would like to clarify a comment that was reported when I was doing an interview for some upcoming shows in Australia and New Zealand.

“My intent was the congratulate Adele on her amazing night at the Grammys. My comment about Beyonce was regretfully taken out of context.

“I have the utmost respect for her as an artist and a person. She deserves all the accolades that come her way. I wish Beyonce and her family all the best.”

Adele floors Beyonce to win top three Grammy Awards.

Adele Adkins looks up to Beyonce Knowles like none other in the American music industry but it was the former that shone like a million stars on Sunday at the Grammy Awards 2017.

Winning the top three categories – Best Album, Best Record, and Best Song – for the hugely successful album, 25, Adele inked her name among music greats of all time.

Beyonce, pregnant with twins, went into Sunday’s awards show leading with nine nominations but only won two awards.

Adele won five awards in total, most notably the top three categories where Beyonce was also nominated.

While receiving her plaque for Album of the Year, Adele tearfully said the award should have gone to Beyonce, whom she described as “the artist of my life.”

“My queen and my idol is Queen B. I adore you,” she said.

Watch Beyoncé’s Visual Christmas Card To The World

Queen of the universe Beyoncé Knowles-Carter just dropped the perfect gift for everyone on your list this year: an adorable Instagram in which she shows off her 2016 Christmas decorations while wearing the most flawless holiday party outfit of all time.

Set to “Sleigh Ride” (which is begging for about a million “I slay”/”I sleigh” jokes), the Queen Bee rocks a low-cut navy suede dress, black sandal heels, and a tiny pair of sparkly silver antlers. As per always, she looks incredible — and the whole thing truly has me rethinking how I’m going to accessorize this holiday season.

Beyoncé & Mariah Carey’s Children Pose for a Cute Photo After Christmas Concert

When Beyoncé paid a visit to Mariah Carey‘s Christmas show at New York City’s Beacon Theater on Sunday, they weren’t the only ones getting in the holiday spirit. Both famous moms brought along their little ones.

While the internet was still collectively losing its mind over the selfie Carey, 46, posted with Beyoncé, 35, the “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer shared a big group photo backstage with their mini-mes.

“Backstage at Christmas time with our beautiful children,” Carey captioned the shot featuring her 5-year-old twins with ex-husband Nick Cannon, Monroe and Moroccan, as well as Beyoncé’s 4-year-old daughter and a friend.

All four kids were dressed to impress, with Monroe and Moroccan donning festive red ensembles and Blue rocking a pink headband and shimmering silver skirt. The daughter of Jay Z also appeared to be taking notes from her diva mom, posing for the photo by peeking out behind a red fan.

Rihanna Slams Beyoncé Feud Rumors Over Grammy Nominations

The “Work” singer wants everyone to “drop this topic.” She dismisses the suggestion of her having a beef with Jay Z’s wife, adding, “We don’t need to be putting black women against each other! We deserve to be celebrated, and the Grammy Academy agrees!”

Rihanna accidentally fuelled longstanding rumors of a feud between the women on Instagram yesterday after Grammy nominations were announced. It all started when RiRi “liked” a photo on a fan account that read,Congrats and all to @badgalriri and all for her 8 Grammy nods but tbh f–k them because they snubbed her for Song of the Year and Album of the Year… I think they didn’t want her tied or passing someone else *cough cough* [lemon emoji]… f–k you Grammys.”

With her nine nominations for Lemonade yesterday, Beyoncé is the most-nominated female artist in Grammy history. Bey is also the artist with the most nominations this year; Rihanna, Drake, and Kanye West tied for second place with eight nominations each.

Kanye West hospitalized after scrapping US tour.

Rap superstar Kanye West was hospitalised on Monday with a “medical emergency” after cancelling his tour, two days after a rambling onstage tirade against fellow artists Jay-Z and Beyonce.

The “Saint Pablo Tour” was set to run through December 31 but all 21 remaining shows have been cancelled, a spokeswoman for promoter Live Nation told AFP.

Hours later it emerged that West, 39, was being treated at a University of California, Los Angeles clinic, with gossip website TMZ reporting that he was undergoing psychiatric tests after being examined for exhaustion.

Mike Lopez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, told AFP officers had responded to an early afternoon “call of a disturbance” at an address in Los Angeles known to be the rapper’s property.

“That disturbance became a medical emergency where the fire department came and treated the individual,” he said, without naming West.

The multiple Grammy Award-winning musician did not immediately make any personal statement and his representatives did not respond to requests for comment.

Celebrity gossip website TMZ quoted an unnamed source saying the rapper was pulling out of the tour because he was exhausted.

“He’s been working around the clock on fashion design, both his own line and the Adidas line,” the source was quoted as saying.

Since August, West has performed around 40 dates in Canada and the US, rapping above the stage on an innovative “floating” platform.

– ‘Call me, bro’ –

He halted a gig in New York in the middle of his set when he was informed that his wife, reality TV queen Kim Kardashian, had been robbed at gunpoint in a hotel in Paris.

West has not spoken publicly about the incident but TMZ’s source said time spent away from family had added to the rapper’s stress.

He cancelled several dates the following week but made a comeback in his hometown, Chicago, and performed without incident until a show in Oakland on October 22 where he described the Grammys as “rigged.”

The latest cancelation followed a Saturday night show in Sacramento, where West showed up an hour late and performed three songs before berating other artists and defeated White House hopeful Hillary Clinton, and cutting the performance short.

West said he was “hurt” because Beyonce supposedly said she would not perform at a certain show — likely the Grammys — unless she wins video of the year over him.

“I’ve been sent here to give y’all my truth, even at the risk of my own life, even at the risk of my own success, my own career,” West said.

He implored Beyonce’s husband, the rapper Jay-Z, to “call me, bro, you still ain’t called me,” adding that he was hurt that Jay-Z had failed to visit his family after the robbery.

– ‘Crazy talk’ –

“Jay Z, I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man,” he added, appearing to suggest that his friend employed hitmen.

He also criticized Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg for failing to give him $53m to get out of debt.

The rapper told an audience on Thursday that he did not vote but would have chosen Republican Donald Trump, sparking angry fans to boo the star and throw items on stage.

West — who has talked about plans to run for president in 2020 — earned $17.5 million this year, according to Forbes magazine, which placed him 11th in the list of hip hop’s highest-paid superstars.

The magazine predicted West would lose around $10 million from the cancellation.

There was some support for the star on Twitter as well as an angry backlash, with fans accusing him of “crazy talk” and having “lost the plot.”

West himself raps about going off his medications on his latest album. On the song “Feedback,” he raps, “I been outta my mind a long time,” and “Name one genius that ain’t crazy.”

Another tune “FML” includes West’s rap: “You ain’t never seen nothing crazier than / this n—a when he off his Lexapro.” It is a psychiatric drug used to treat anxiety and depression.

Watch video of Kanye West furiously blasting Beyonce, Jay Z on stage.

Kanye West, American rapper has unleashed a flurry of suppressed resentment towards his former collaborator, Jay Z, and Beyonce, his wife.

West accused Beyonce of refusing to perform at the MTV VMAs if she didn’t win the ‘Best Video’ award, a category he was always nominated in.

The husband of reality TV star Kim Kardashian also urged Jay Z to give him a call and speak to him “like a man”.

The incident played out during the Sacramento, California leg of his U.S. tour on Saturday night.

He said: “Beyonce, I was hurt because I heard you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won video of the year over me and over Hotline Bling. In my opinion – now don’t go dissing Beyoncé, she’s great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people. But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are – just to win.

“I’ve been sent here to give ya’ll my truth, even at the risk of my own life. At the risk of my own success. I’ll give ya’ll the truth. Jay-Z call me bro, you still ain’t called me … Jay Z, I know you got killas. Please don’t send them at my head. Talk to me like a man.”

Radar Online: Jay-Z & Beyonce preparing to run for political office.

Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter and his superstar wife, Beyonce, are reportedly preparing for a huge political campaign.

According to Radar Online, the 46-year-old rap mogul is gearing up to run for office.

Fans of the power couple know that both are democrats and they campaigned hard for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S presidential elections.

In addition to Beyonce performing the national anthem at Obama’s inauguration, they both performed for Clinton at a last minute rally in Cleveland.

After Clinton’s recent defeat by Donald Trump, the music mogul couple seriously began considering becoming more involved.

“Jay-Z is really considering running for political office in New York and Beyonce is 1000 percent supportive of her husband’s decision,” an insider told the website.

“Beyonce and Jay-Z became friends with Barack Obama and Michelle and they have always been close with the Clintons. The Obamas and Clintons have told Jay-Z on numerous occasions that he should get involved in politics.”

“They told him that he would make a great leader. Jay-Z not only has star power, but he would have a ton of support from his fans, as well as from past administrations.

“Beyonce told Jay-Z that running for political office would be a really good next step for his career and she feels like it will also give him a sense of purpose.”

#ElectionDay: Bruce and Beyonce lead stars in late Clinton push

Top musicians from Beyonce to Bruce Springsteen are rallying behind Hillary Clinton in the countdown to Tuesday’s election, adding A-list star power to a massive get-out-the-vote operation.

While US pop stars have long leaned to the left, the tilt toward Clinton is unprecedented in a modern election, with Republican rival Donald Trump virtually shunned by the music world.

Springsteen, one of the biggest concert attractions in the rock universe, will perform at a Clinton rally Monday evening in the must-win state of Pennsylvania.

Jon Bon Jovi, a longtime campaigner for Democratic candidates, will also join the rally in Philadelphia alongside President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle.

Lady Gaga, in one of her first shows since releasing her latest album “Joanne,” will then join Clinton and Bon Jovi at a midnight stop in North Carolina.

Such celebrity entertainers invariably ensure large crowds at a point in the campaign where weak turnout would be optically disastrous.

But even more importantly, big-name performances allow campaigns to collect contact details for sympathetic voters — crucial in the polarized country where elections increasingly are won by mobilizing turnout rather than persuading the undecided.

When rap mogul Jay Z announced a November 4 concert for Clinton in Ohio, her campaign had 10 days to ask fans to sign up for tickets through the candidate’s website.

Jay Z came out in Cleveland with his wife, pop superstar Beyonce, as well as three other major names in hip-hop — J. Cole, Chance the Rapper and Big Sean.

Jay Z — who with Beyonce had strongly supported Obama, the first African American president — alluded to Clinton’s historic role as potentially the first woman to lead the United States.

“Our soul is colorless and I want to grow up in a world where my daughter has no limitations,” Jay Z said.

Without referring to Trump by name, Jay Z said the real estate tycoon was “not an evolved soul” and had weakened the United States through divisive remarks.

– Trump denounces ‘filthy’ rap lyrics –

Trump, in his final days of campaigning, has repeatedly lashed out at Beyonce and Jay Z, claiming at a rally Monday in North Carolina: “I get bigger crowds than they do.”

Trump also took aim at the language by Jay Z, who like many rappers frequently uses profanity and did not edit his lyrics for the Clinton rally.

“Isn’t it amazing that … Jay Z and Beyonce use filthy language in the songs, using words that if I ever said those words, it would be the reinstitution of the electric chair, right?” Trump said.

Despite Trump’s concern about profanity, one of his few musical backers, hard rocker Ted Nugent, also used unprintable words when he introduced the Republican at a rally Sunday in Michigan.

Nugent, who has previously called for the death of Clinton and Obama, grabbed his crotch on stage and quipped, “I’ve got your blue state right here, black and blue,” referring to the color associated with the Democratic Party.

Trump, who has described undocumented Mexican immigrants as “rapists” and boasted of forcing himself on women, has faced complaints from a long list of stars including the Rolling Stones and Adele for playing their songs at rallies.

Trump, a former reality television host, has several backers in Hollywood, notably Clint Eastwood.

– New approaches –

Other stars who back Clinton include Katy Perry, who has lent her hit “Roar” for campaign advertisements and has spoken out on Twitter, where the pop diva has more followers than anyone else.

Glam pop singer Miley Cyrus has stumped door-to-door for Clinton among Virginia students, while indie rock favorites The National performed a free pro-Clinton concert in their native Cincinnati, Ohio.

In one novel approach that may reach millions, users of leading music streaming site Spotify opened the service to a non-partisan message from Obama urging them to vote.
And novelist Dave Eggers over the past month has led the “30 Days, 30 Songs” project in which artists release anti-Trump protest songs.

Contributors include electronica great Moby, who has said that Trump is “pretty close to being a psychopath.”

Beyoncé, Jay Z, & Blue Ivy Just Took Family Halloween Costumes To The Next Level

If you thought Beyoncé’s Salt-N-Pepa costume with Blue Ivy and Tina Knowles was epic, then you’re definitely going to lose your shit over what the Queen Bee and her family wore on Halloween night.

Truly taking family costumes to the next level, Beyoncé and Jay Z dressed up as black Barbie and black “Collector Edition” Ken dolls on Monday — giant toy boxes and all. Bey was total perfection in a black-and-white striped bodysuit identical to the iconic one vintage Barbie wore, completing the look with a high ponytail, big earrings, sunglasses, and a red pout.

Meanwhile, Jay Z rocked an old school tuxedo and an impressive wig, while Blue Ivy got to wear a custom Barbie leather jacket and sparkly pink skirt.

Beyonce Accidentally Rips Ear on Stage, Fans Show Support by Wounding Themselves

Pop queen Beyonce brushed off her earring off her ear during her performance at Tidal Concert on Saturday night. The accident caused her earlobes to bleed but the 35-year-old only asked fans “how ya feeling?” and continued her performance like nothing happened.

Now, to show their support, Beyonce fans are cutting themselves around the ear and other parts of their bodies.

One hilarious fan even said she cut off her entire ear (LMAO!).

University Studies Course Entirely Focused On Beyoncé’s Lemonade

The University of Texas at San Antonio now officially offers a class all about Beyoncé’s Lemonade.

Titled “Black Women, Beyoncé, and Popular Culture,” the course will explore how Bey’s visual album is a “meditation on contemporary black womanhood” — then use that as a starting point to delve deep into the “theoretical, historical, and literary frameworks of black feminism.”

Developed and taught by Professor Kinitra Brooks, the class will be held three times a week, and has been divided into themes based on the arc of the album, starting with “Formation” and ending with “All Night.” Additional reading for the course will include the work of Patricia Hill Collins, Toni Morrison, and Warsan Shire, whose poetry was featured prominently on Lemonade.

But in case you might think that a course focused on Beyoncé and her music would be all fun and games, you better think again. In her syllabus, Brooks makes it very clear that the course will be anything but easy.

“Studying race, gender, class, and pop culture theory is incredibly fun…and incredibly hard,” she wrote. “There is no shame in deciding you are not ready.”

“You do not have to be a member of the Beyhive,” she continued. “I simply ask that you are willing to be uncomfortable — to have your thoughts and ideas challenged — and then to work/read/write your way through that un-comfortability in order to become a stronger critical thinker.”

About The Albino Model That Walked The VMAs Red Carpet with Beyoncé

When Ava Clarke was born and in the months that followed, it was clear there was something different about her. Her eyes were blue-green, her lips were bright pink, her skin was fair, and what little hair she had was coming in blonde. All of this was quite unusual, considering her both her biological parents are brown-eyed African-Americans. And her beautiful, unique look put her in strong demand as a model.

Today, Clarke is a stunning 8-year-old — and a working model. Her unique appearance is the result of albinism, a genetic disorder marked by the lack of pigment in skin, eyes, and hair. Albinism can affect a person of any race, and although it can cause vision problems and sensitivity to the sun, it isn’t otherwise considered detrimental to one’s health.

Clarke has undergone genetic testing and eye exams since she was a baby. Doctors said she’d be blind. Since the age of 4, she’s been examined by her state’s School for the Blind, but the little girl has defied the odds. Today, Ava attends a regular school and simply needs glasses — but like most kids, she has to be reminded to wear them!

Modelling scouts have noticed her, of course. Jones has graced the pages of BOOM, VIP, and Denim magazines, and worked with celebrity photographers. The young beauty has also caught the eye of casting directors.

But life isn’t charmed for all those with albinism. Sadly, the disorder has long been stigmatised. People with albinism are often mocked for their unusual appearance — especially their “red eyes,” a myth that stems from the fact that camera flashes sometimes make their light blue, green, or grey irises appear red in pictures.

It gets worse. In places like Africa’s Malawi and Tanzania, it can actually be life-threatening. And it’s not because albinism itself is fatal, but because people with the affliction are often hunted down, kidnapped, and killed. In these cultures, their body parts are thought to have magical properties, and are used to make healing potions. People in these countries live in fear of being abducted and dismembered, and having their limbs and organs sold to witch doctors.

Beyonce Storms Video Music Awards, Rihanna Gets Lifetime Award

Beyonce dominated the MTV Video Music awards on Sunday, prowling the stage with a 15 minute medley from her powerful “Lemonade” album and taking home eight statuettes, including the top prize – video of the year.

On a night when women ruled, Britney Spears returned to the VMA stage for the first time in a decade, and Rihanna performed four times to mark her lifetime achievement award.

Beyonce brought the house down at New York’s Madison Square Garden, stringing together five of her “Lemonade” album tracks about betrayal, revenge and female empowerment in a song and dance routine that brought a long standing ovation.

VMA organizers had announced only three hours before Sunday’s show began that Beyonce would perform. The singer arrived on the red carpet accompanied by the mothers of three African-American men who have died at the hands of U.S. police in the past two years.

Her politically charged “Formation” beat Adele’s 2015 comeback single “Hello,” Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” and Kanye West’s sleeping nude celebrity look-alikes in “Famous” for video of the year.

She also won best female video and prizes for choreography, editing, and long form video in the awards that are voted on by fans.

Where Beyonce was angry and bold, Spears, 34, dressed in a sparkly gold leotard and matching over the knee boots was slinky retro pop. It was the “Toxic” singer’s first time on the VMA stage since her humiliating 2007 performance when her personal and professional life was falling apart, and follows the release of a new album last week.

Rihanna, 28, sang 13 of the biggest hits in her 13-year career, including “Rude Girl,” “Diamonds” and “Only Girl in the World.” She was presented with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award by Canadian rapper Drake – with whom she has often been romantically linked.

“She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old. She’s one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life, I’ve looked up to her even though she’s younger than me,” said Drake.

Fifth Harmony, the five-girl group that won TV talent show “The X Factor,” took home 2 “Moonman” awards.

Kanye West, who has often hijacked the live VMA show, presented a new video for his single “Fade.” West preceded the video with a rambling, improvised speech that touched on poverty, his wife Kim Kardashian, his long-running feud with Taylor Swift, and violence in black neighborhoods.

“We are undeniably the influencers, the thought leaders,” he said, before screening what he called a “piece of my art.”

Many of pop music’s biggest names, including Justin Bieber, Britain’s Adele and Taylor Swift were absent on Sunday.

Secret Papers Reveal Nigerian Oil Mogul’s Offshore Hideaways, Beyoncé Surfaces In Story

In September 2015, Beyoncé sat on a yacht drinking sparkling wine with her legs wrapped under a striped, earth-toned blanket as the Faraglioni rocks, near Capri on Italy’s west coast, passed by.

The singer and her husband, Jay Z, paid a reported $900,000 that week to sail the Mediterranean Sea on the Galactica Star, a 65-meter private cruiser with a helipad, 10 dining areas, Jacuzzi and sun deck.

Unknown to the celebrity couple, the yacht’s owner was soon to be a wanted man.

Held through a shell company created by the law firm at the heart of the Panama Papers scandal, Mossack Fonseca, the yacht is now caught up in a massive investigation in Nigeria. The government claims the yacht was bought with profits from crude oil sales that were diverted and never paid to authorities.

The Galactica Star’s owner is Kolawole Aluko, a petroleum and aviation mogul who is one of four defendants accused of helping to cheat Nigeria out of nearly $1.8 billion owed to the government on massive sales of oil. In a separate investigation, Nigerian authorities are also reportedly probing whether Mr. Aluko helped smuggle millions of dollars out of the country as kickbacks to Nigeria’s former petroleum minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

Mr. Aluko is part of a constellation of Nigerian oil executives, state governors, cabinet ministers, military officials and tribal chiefs within the Panama Papers. Mossack Fonseca, a Panama-headquartered law firm with offices around the world, worked for three former Nigerian oil ministers who used companies to buy boats and homes in London, the records show.

The prevalence of Nigerians within the Panama Papers may be no coincidence. Nigeria loses more money from illicit activity, including graft and corporate tax abuse, than any other African nation, research by anti-corruption groups indicates. As much as 12 percent of Nigeria’s annual gross domestic product is lost to illicit financial flows, according to Oxfam.

“Our firm, like many firms, provides worldwide registered agent services for our professional clients (e.g., lawyers, banks, and trusts) who are intermediaries,” Mossack Fonseca told ICIJ. “As a registered agent we merely help incorporate companies, and before we agree to work with a client in any way, we conduct a thorough due-diligence process, one that in every case meets and quite often exceeds all relevant local rules, regulations and standards to which we and others are bound.”

Mossack Fonseca declined to answer specific questions and said, in providing its services, “we follow both the letter and spirit of the law. Because we do, we have not once in nearly 40 years of operation been charged with criminal wrongdoing.”In October 2015, London police questioned Mrs. Alison-Madueke, Nigeria’s oil minister from 2010 to 2015, as part of investigations into allegations of bribery and money laundering. The investigations are ongoing. The ex-minister, who graduated with an architecture degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C., in 1992, is in London undergoing cancer treatment, her lawyers said.

Media reports have described Mr. Aluko as a key ally to Mrs. Alison-Madueke, a relationship both have previously denied. He rose to prominence around 2011 when Nigeria’s government awarded two companies he founded or owned valuable oil blocks on a no-bid basis. One of his companies, Atlantic Energy, was created the day before it inked the deals to acquire multimillion-dollar oil licenses.

Mr. Aluko is part of a circle of oil traders who are the subject of frequent media speculation in Nigeria. His lifestyle has earned him the reputation of being Nigeria’s playboy. He bought an apartment in Manhattan for $8.6 million and, according to The New York Times, paid more than $70 million to buy four homes in Santa Barbara and Beverly Hills.

The Nigerian government won a court order in May freezing assets linked to Mr. Aluko, two companies he directed and one of his business partners. The Lagos High Court order listed Mr. Aluko’s yacht along with property in London, four homes in California, two penthouses in Manhattan, one in Dubai, 132 houses and apartments in Nigeria and land in Canada and Switzerland. The court also ordered Mr. Aluko not to sell or dispose of more than $67 million in four bank accounts in London and Switzerland, an assortment of watches, a 58-car collection and three airplanes.

Through a representative, Mr. Aluko told ICIJ that “I have never been prosecuted and convicted in any country. I am aware that a criminal investigation was started in the UK. However, to date I have not been made aware of any law enforcement action to be undertaken against me.”

Beyoncé dedicates Halo to her ‘beautiful husband’ Jay Z

Despite the cheating allegations in Beyoncé’s new album Lemonade that debuted last weekend, Beyoncé professed her undying love and devotion to her rapper and business mogul husband Jay Z at her concert on Wednesday night in Miami.

Queen Bey closed her Formation World Tour in Miami by dedicating her power ballad Halo ‘to my beautiful husband… I love you so much.’ Jay Z, their daughter Blue Ivy, Rick Ross and a host of other rappers are on tour with her right now. More photos below…

The Real Reason Why Beyonce Made Lemonade, And It Isn’t What You Think

Jay Z and Beyonce went to counseling sessions to save their failed marriage 2 years ago, E Entertainment is reporting exclusively.

Their marriage was at the breaking point and they were barely on speaking terms, a source told E! They were forced to make a choice: save the relationship or live separate lives.
“They had been having problems for years,” the source tells E!. “There was a constant commitment issue between them and in the end they were barely speaking. Beyoncé didn’t fully trust Jay and it was hard for her to get past that.”

After Solange Knowles‘ infamous elevator beatdown of Jay Z, the couple released a statement, saying “…families have problems and we’re no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.”

But for Beyonce, the elevator incident was the turning point.

“The fact everything became so public, it was embarrassing, and the first time she had to really deal with some of the questions people were asking about her marriage. It changed things. It was a pivotal moment.”

Lemonade was born out of the bitterness of her husband’s ongoing infidelity.

Beyonce buried herself in her work. She lost weight and she lost sleep working day and night on Lemonade, a visual album.

After the movie aired on HBO, fashion designer Rachel Roy took to Instagram and admitted she was the “Becky with the good hair” who led Jay Z astray.

Admits the insider: “It’s true, Rachel and Jay were friends and it wasn’t seen as appropriate by people who knew them.”

“Rachel Roy wanted to defend herself after watching Beyoncé’s Lemonade,” the source said, adding that Roy’s Instagram post was a spur of the moment reaction to the singer’s visual album.

“Bey will never mention any names, but the people who those songs are about know,” said the source, indicating there was more than one Becky servicing Jay Z.

Another insider insists Jay Z was involved in every aspect of making Lemonade.

“Jay was involved in the creation of Lemonade and knew every song Bey was going to release. He knew the lyrics; he knew the implications. He had to approve the songs before release. Jay is a very smart businessman… Bottom line is that they are both really smart and they both saw dollar signs.”

According to another source, “Beyonce is amazed on how everything turned out. She worked day and night on this. She celebrated with family; Jay was by her side. When Beyonce put this album together she was aware of the message she was sending out. She knew that people were going to dissect each word. Beyonce wanted to connect with women’s emotions with this album.”

As for the cheating implications, the source says, “Jay is all about self expression, so he gets it. Beyonce shares music before it’s released with Jay so he can listen and share his thoughts. When it comes to music, they are very in it together and supportive of each other’s craft.”

The 34-year-old stunner is herself the best ad for her own brand of gym and exercise clothing as she

Rihanna Gets Real About Beyonce Rivalry, Reveals Her Biggest Regret In Vogue

The 28-year-old singer stuns on the April cover of Vogue, sporting a show-stopping Tom Ford sequin dress and a slicked-back ‘do. Rihanna opens up about everything from her new album, Anti, to her love of fashion with the publication, and sets the record straight on reports of a feud between her and Beyonce.

The magazine points out Beyonce’s surprise release of her single “Formation” during Anti’s week climbing the charts as just one reason some fans have been pitting the two superstars against one another, but the “Work” singer isn’t bothered in the least.

“Here’s the deal. They just get so excited to feast on something that’s negative,” Rihanna says. “Something that’s competitive. Something that’s, you know, a rivalry. And that’s just not what I wake up to. Because I can only do me. And nobody else is going to be able to do that.”

Obviously, Rihanna has enough going on in her own life as it is. She’s in the middle of a 63-city world tour, and says her grueling schedule makes it a challenge to be in a relationship.

“My schedule is so crazy right now,” she laments. “It’s definitely going to be a challenge when I do decide to pursue a relationship . . . but I have hope!”

But she couldn’t be prouder of her latest album, even if it turns out to not be as popular as her previous work.

“It might not be some automatic record that will be Top 40,” Rihanna acknowledges. “But I felt like I earned the right to do that now.”

Rihanna’s latest music is definitely personal, judging by the way she describes her songs. For example, “Higher” is about a woman in a not so healthy relationship. “You know he’s wrong, and then you get drunk and you’re like, ‘I could forgive him. I could call him. I could make up with him,'” she explains. “Just, desperate. We just said, ‘You know what? Let’s just drink some whiskey and record this song.'”

Her song “Work,” which Ariana Grande recently poked fun of on Saturday Night Live thanks to the not easily understood chorus, is inspired by her home culture in Barbados.

Aside from her music career, Rihanna also has plenty going on in fashion, including a new Puma collection, and Fr8me, an agency representing stylists and hair and makeup artists, which she co-founded last year.

And it turns out her biggest regret in life is fashion related. Rihanna recalls her infamous completely sheer Adam Selman dress she wore to accept her Fashion Icon award at the 2014 CFDA Fashion Awards — for which Tom Ford called her “one of the most beautiful women [he has] ever beheld”– and reflects that she wishes she would have changed one thing.

“I just liked it better without the lines underneath,” Rihanna says about donning nothing but a nude pair of undies underneath the intricate Swarovski-encrusted creation. “Could you imagine the CFDA dress with a bra? I would slice my throat. I already wanted to, for wearing a thong that wasn’t bedazzled. That’s the only regret I have in my life.”

Amber Rose Vs Beyhive: Read How It All Happened

Amber Rose summoned the wrath of the Beyhive when she directed her analysis on the unfortunate occurrence of slut-shaming towards Beyonce. Inquiring about why she and other stars such as Kim Kardashian are criticized for their sexuality and Mrs. Carter goes unscathed, the model/writer/entrepreneur encouraged women to “all embrace each other.”

“They come at me and Kim so hard because I was a stripper and she had a sex tape,” she said in an interview with The Daily Beast. “So if we could sing, it would be OK if we were on stage half-naked. We all love Beyoncé, but she’s on stage half-naked and twerking all the time, yet people say, oh, she has talent so she’s able to do that. We don’t have the talent that Beyoncé has, so we get criticized as former sex workers, but at the end of the day we’re just women—we’re all women—and we should all embrace each other. No one is greater.”

And as with any less-than-favorable commentary involving Queen Bey, her fans – known as the Beyhive – came to the singer’s defense against Amber.

The buzzing must have flooded Amber’s mentions heavily, as she took to Twitter to encourage critics not to take her “words out of context.” She also mentioned that she herself is a member of the Beyhive, and that her argument was rooted in classism.

In her Daily Beast interview, Amber Rose also discussed her current relationship with Kim Kardashian, as well has her new 3D character “MUVA” on the Zoobe app.

See Bill Gates’ Epic Response To Beyonce’s Formation

Beyonce’s newest hit ‘Formation” has inspired all kinds of reactions, debates and opinion pieces. It seems like everyone has something to say about Bey’s politically-charged new single. The only one who appears to be tardy to the party is billionaire Bill Gates.

In the song, Beyonce name drops Gates when she says “You just might be a black Bill Gates in the making.” and it turns out the 60 year old had no idea his name was mentioned in the most talked about song by the world’s most popular entertainer.

When asked how he felt about it, his response was super underwhelming, humbling, but underwhelming none the less.

“I said, ‘Are you serious? This is kind of a strange set of words here. I’m surprised, ‘”Gates, who obviously doesn’t have Beyonce alerts set up, found out about the shoutout through a coworker. “I guess it’s nice that people consider me successful.”

Really? The humble brag? Okay, Bill. Despite his response, Gates proved he may not have known about Beyonce new song, but he does know how to dab.

Miami Police Union Calls For Beyoncé Boycott

At least one police union is so angered by Beyoncé’s new song “Formation” that it has voted to boycott the singer’s future performances. NBC reports that the Miami Fraternal Order of Police is asking union officers to refuse to work at the singer’s Miami performance, and is urging all police labor organizations in America to continue the boycott as she tours. The New York Daily News reports that at the NYPD’s Sergeants Benevolent Association also backs the boycott.

Miami FOP president Javier Ortiz believes that the pop star spread a toxic anti-police message when she paid homage to the 50th anniversary of the Black Panther movement during her Super Bowl half-time performance. “The Miami Fraternal Order of Police has voted to have all law enforcement officers boycott Beyoncé’s concert which is being held at the Miami Marlins Stadium on Wednesday, April 26, 2016,” Ortiz wrote in a letter. “While Beyoncé physically saluted the 50th anniversary of the Black Panthers movement at the Super Bowl, I salute NYPD Officer Richard Rainey, who succumbed to his injuries on February 16, 2016 from being shot by two Black Panthers who he had pulled over in a traffic stop. I also salute the dozens of law enforcement officers that have been assassinated by members of the Black Panthers.”

Anti-Beyoncé Rally Flops In New York City As Only 3 People Show Up

When Beyonce appeared in the SuperBowl half time event, flanked by all-black squadron of leather clad dancers wearing berets, she immediately stole the show with a routine peppered with black power references.
Then came the backlash from viewers annoyed that nods to Malcolm X and the Black Lives Matter
movement had turning the sporting interval into a political platform.

But on Tuesday, only a handful of protesters turned up for anti-Beyonce rally outside American Football’s New York headquarters.

They were outnumbered by the singers’ supporters and campaigners with Black Lives Matter banners.
\
Ariel Kohane said he attended the protest because Beyonce’s new song, Formation, was a call to violence against the police.

“Some of us are surprised that there are only a couple of us out here today,” he told New York magazine’s The Cut. “It is scheduled from 8 to 4pm. It’s a business day. Also, the weather; the rain turned a lot of people away.”

Witnesses said he was one of only three people (including one person who said he had not even seen the halftime show) to heed the call to protest by a new group, called Proud of the Blues.

“We encourage anyone and everyone who supports the police to show up and march around the block of the NFL headquarters on this day. Be absolutely peace and non-aggressive,” the group said in its invitation.

“Let’s show the world that it’s not necessary to be disruptive to America while conveying an effective message to the masses.”

And there was certainly little disruption outside the offices of the National Football League, where police had cordoned off part of Park Avenue for the protesters.
In fact they were outnumbered by about 30 of Beyonce’s fans, who carried banners saying “Pro black doesn’t mean anti white,” and “Get information,” a line from the new song.

Anti-Beyoncé Protest To Happen Next Week In Response To Her Super Bowl Performance

Beyonce’s performance at the Superbowl went down a treat with fans and critics. The singer delivered a riveting performance of her new single ‘Formation’ backed by a sea of female dancers. Referencing the Black Lives Matter Movement, Malcolm X and the Black Panthers, it was also the most radical political statement from the star in her 20-year career.

However, it turns out that not everyone was a fan of Beyonce’s newsworthy performance, with some claiming it was “anti-police” with its references to the Black Panthers. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani also criticised Beyoncé for using the performance “as a platform to attack police officers”.

And now, the criticism has gone a step further with an anti-Beyoncé protest set to take place in New York next week, reports New York Magazine.

The event description calls her Super Bowl performance a “race-baiting stunt” and an act of “racism” and “hate speech”:

“Join us as we demonstrate on the block of the NFL Headquarters building.

Are you offended as an American that Beyoncé pulled her race-baiting stunt at the Superbowl?

Do you agree that it was a slap in the face to law enforcement?

Do you agree that the Black Panthers was/is a hate group which should not be glorified?

Come and let’s stand together. Let’s tell the NFL we don’t want hate speech & racism at the Superbowl ever again!”

The protest is scheduled to take place between 8am-4pm next week.

Beyoncé Turns To A Walking Christmas Tree (SEE PHOTO)

You don’t need to be Beyonce to turn heads in this getup.

The Queen Bey was anything but incognito when she stepped out of her New York City office building in Midtown on Monday night dressed in a Christmas tree costume. The ensemble included a Santa hat, lights, crazy sunglasses, ornaments and a big bow on the back of the festive coat.

This was quite the office party! An insider told ET that Beyoncé was there from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m., and gifted each employee with Jay Z’s D’USSE VSOP cognac, which is priced at about $55 a bottle.

Beyonce was later joined at the soiree by her husband but he only showed  up for a moment. The 46-year-old rapper, who’s office is across the street from his wife’s work, opted not to dress up for the ugly Christmas sweater party, but instead arrived in his usual all-black outfit and camouflage jacket.

Blue Ivy and her nanny also made an appearance at the event.

“Jay Z Tired Of Being Beyonce’s Bi*ch”, Report Gives Exclusive Insight Into New Divorce Rumour

Beyonce and Jay Z have been the victims of divorce rumors for years, and a new report suggests they could be true by revealing they are living in separate areas of their new Beverly Hills mansion.

A member of their staff told Radar Online: “Jay Z and Beyonce each have their own bedrooms. They are on opposite sides of a long hallway with Blue Ivy’s room in between them.”

Perhaps one of them has a snoring problem and the other one really needs to sleep? Separate bedrooms don’t necessarily mean there’s a relationship problem.

The pair was inundated with divorce rumors during their “On The Run” tour in 2014. Queen B’s father, Matthew Knowles, claimed the pair was in on the gossip in order to sell more tickets. Beyonce and Jay Z wed in 2008, and the songstress gave birth to their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in January 2012.

When the couple moved into their new Beverly Hills rental home in November, the staff witnessed them having “explosive fights,” according to the publication.

An insider previously told Radar: “Beyonce blew up at Jay Z for no reason and was barking orders at everyone like she was the first person to ever move into a new home.

“They got into a huge fight in front of everyone over how he is handling the move. He told her that they only reason they chose this place to begin with is because it is what she wanted, not him. He told her that he is really sick and tired of being her b***h.”

Jay Z Introduces His Wife To Holly Holm & She Asked Her What Her Name Was

In an interview, Holm talks about her encounter with Jay-Z and Beyonce. Apparently, a courteous habit of hers kicked in and made things a little awkward between her and Beyonce:

“I meet Jay-Z and he says “This is my wife,” and I’m like, “Oh, hi, what’s your name?” ‘Cos that’s what I do when I meet someone’s wife. And as I’m shaking her hand, I’m thinking, “Why did I just say that? Why did I just say that? It’s Beyonce. Then Jay-Z’s asking me about the fight, and I can’t even focus on what he’s saying because I just put my foot in my mouth. And I literally have to interrupt him, I’m like, “I’m really sorry.” And I go back to Beyonce, and I’m like, “Beyonce, like, I can’t believe I just did that.” Yeah, she goes, “Oh, no it’s fine.” I’m like, “No, like, I really, really — it’s like such an honor to meet you.”

Blue Ivy Was Born A Genius Says Reports

According to a new report, Jay Z and Beyonce’s daughter Blue Ivy is showing early signs of being a child prodigy…From OK Magazine

An insider told OKMagazine.com exclusively that proud parents Beyonce and Jay Z have been boasting loudly about their daughter’s very impressive intellect and believe she’s a genius! The 3-year-old, who attends a prestigious school in Hollywood, has been excelling in music, which comes as no surprise since her famous parents are hip-hop royalty. She is “showing an understanding of octaves and major/minor keys,” the source said.

But that’s not all! Blue Ivy is also “showing very early signs of being a mathematic genius,” according to the insider.

Jay and Bey have been so blown away, the source said, of Blue’s ability to count and read numbers at just 3 years old!

“Last month she was able to add up 1+1 and 1+2,” the insider added. “It’s incredible for a child her age.”

And since Blue is so bright, her doting parents want the best for her and are “having her tested for early signs of genius,” the insider revealed.

Beyonce & Jay Z Secretly Separated For A Year Amid Rihanna Affair Rumors

Even Beyonce and Jay Z go through rough patches in their relationship. An author who is writing an unauthorized biography about Bey’s life is claiming that she and her husband separated for a year when there were rumors that Jay cheated on her with Rihanna!

Beyonce, 34, and Jay Z, 45, have been through their fair share of break up and separation rumors, but this one is scandalous! In an authorized biography about the 34-year-old’s life, the author, J Randy Taraborrelli, 59, wrote that the powerful music couple reportedly went their separate ways for about a year when it was rumored that Rihanna, 27, and Jay Z were hooking up. Read on for more details on their supposed split!

The break up reportedly happened when Rihanna released “Pon De Replay” in 2005, roughly a year after Jay first received a demo of that track. It was then that the cheating rumors started. “Beyonce didn’t know what to make of this, and it actually ended up breaking them up for a time,” J Randy told Entertainment Tonight of the alleged split on Oct. 22. “They spent maybe a year apart from each other because Beyonce just wasn’t sure what to make of the situation with Rihanna.” But, the 34-year-old got over the rumored infidelity because she went on to marry the music mogul in 2008 and have a child with him.

Beyonce & Jay-Z Heading For Divorce!?

The 59-year-old writer even added that the two popstars are on good terms. “It’s safe to say that Rihanna and Beyonce are friends,” J Randy said. Apparently the rumors of Jay and Rihanna’s affair was reportedly made and spread to the media by publicists to boot the 27-year-old singer’s profile. Even though this whole incident happened years ago, the author believes that Rihanna’s presence is the source of some of the couple’s fights. That includes the brawl between Jay and Beyonce’s younger sisterSolange, 29, at the Met Gala in 2014.

J Randy claims he spoke to some people close to the “XO” singer and revealed the brawl happened because Jay wanted to go to Rihanna’s Met Gala after party but she refused to. “It was a whispered married couple’s argument that would have gone by completely unnoticed had Solange not overheard it,” he said. “Solange has always been Beyoncé’s biggest protector.” But, even the award winning author claims he’s not sure that’s what caused the fight. “I think it’s safe to say the only people who know for sure what happened are Bey, Jay, Solange, and the bodyguard who were in the elevator,” J Randy said. Well, what can we say? Sometimes crazy things happen when there’s a billion dollars in an elevator.

Watch Beyonce Tell Assistant To Stop Covering Her Boobs

On the red carpet at Jay Z’s giant Tidal concert Tuesday night, Beyoncé looked flawless, as usual, in a fur-trimmed burgundy dress and a high side ponytail similar to the one she wore at the Met Gala.

In order to look so good, she likely enlisted the help of a small village, including an assistant who accompanied her on the red carpet.

This assistant, despite having Beyoncé’s best interests at heart, found herself on the receiving end of a command so forceful it could stop wars. Behold, as Beyoncé quietly tells the assistant to stop messing with her dress:

Jay-Z, Beyonce Heat Up Romance At Tidal Concert (PHOTOS)

Jay-Z and Beyonce were joined by a slew of artists including Nicki Minaj and Usher at Barclays Center in Brooklyn Tuesday night for a charity concert put on by the streaming service Tidal that covered rap, R&B, reggae and even a little country.

The concert, “TIDAL X: 1020 Amplified by HTC,” was a little like streaming a musical hit parade, as most of the artists only sang one song, and even major stars like Jay-Z and Beyonce kept to short sets. The goal of the event was to raise funds that would be given to the New World Foundation, an organization that funds social movements.

Beyonce and Nicki Minaj shared Instagram photos of the event:

Beyoncé Sings “Holy Ghost” In The Shower, Find Out More As She Finally Gives First Print Interview In Years

The Queen Bey has spoken finally.

In a rare interview with Beat magazine, Beyonce answered a series of quick and easy Q&A questions.

Let’s just say this wasn’t an expose on Beyonce. In her first print since 2014 with Out magazine, the 34-year-old singer revealed her favorite pizza topping , and the last song she got stuck in her head (Jugg by Fetty Wap.

As for what she sings in the shower, that would be “Holy Ghost” by Kim Burrell.

One of the more bizarre questions was: “What does fear taste like?” Beyonce responded, “Success. I have accomplished nothing without a little taste of fear in my mouth.”

When asked which Beyonce she would dress up as for Halloween, Mrs. Carter revealed, “Destiny’s Child ‘Survivor’ era with the army fatigues — or maybe ‘Bootylicious’ with the gold tooth and pink tips in my hair.”

Check Out Jay Z And Beyonce’s New $45 Million Home

Check out the home Queen Bey and Jay Z are renting….a $45 million Holmby Hills palace that was owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.

McCourt sold the house to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but the new owner who is hardly in L.A. recently decided to put it on the market for lease for around $150k a month. Beyonce & Jay Z reportedly signed a 1-year lease because they feel LA is a good place to raise Blue Ivy. More photos of the home below…

Blue Ivy Gets A Pedicure On Deck Of $900k A Week Yacht

When you are Beyonce and Jay Z and you want to take a break, you splash out $900,000 a week on a luxury yacht, and it was on that luxury yacht, while sailing in the Mediterranean, that their daughter got a pedicure. Beyonce shared photos of Blue Ivy being pampered while sitting on the deck of the yacht. More photos below…

Beyoncé Shares More Family Vacation Photos

Beyonce took to Instagram to share a rare candid photo of her adorable daughter, 3-year-old Blue Ivy, as the two continue their fabulous family vacation in Italy on their luxury yacht.

Sporting matching flowers in their hair, the mother-daughter duo put their arms around one another while smiling big, with Blue Ivy sporting a super cute blue swimsuit.

Is queen Bey trying to win back her title as most followed on IG?

And perhaps to dispel the pregnancy rumors always following her around, the 34-year-old “7/11” singer also shared this snap of her enjoying what appears to be a glass of champagne.

The Carters Are Getting Kicked Out Of Their Home

According to TMZ, the Holmby Hills mansion the couple and Blue Ivy had been renting since last summer has sold and they now have 60 days to pack up and get out. The 16,000-square-foot house, which has been on the market since April of last year, finally sold for $35.5 million, a discount from its original asking price of $48 million. TMZ says Beyoncé and Jay were not interested in matching the buyers bid for Blue’s childhood home.

Bey and Jay first dipped their toes in the LA lifestyle back in September 2014, making the mansion their home base in between tours and renting it for $200,000 a month. It must have made an impression, because they were back in February of this year, this time paying a paltry $150,000 a month while they looked for a permanent place in LA.

Find Out Where Beyonce Keeps Her Numerous Hair Collection

Queen Bey is queen even in the hair department. She keeps her many hair, not in a drawer, nor a wardrobe, but a closet. Yes! A closet… a separate room.

It’s not really surprising that a superstar like Beyoncé has so much hair in storage that she has to keep it in a separate room, but you also can’t just drop a phrase like “hair closet” into a game of word association like it’s nothing.

Beyoncé Poses Topless For Flaunt Magazine

Flaunt magazine named Beyoncé the queen of its September Women’s Fashion issue, and as if being Beyoncé wasn’t already good enough, the photos prove exactly why she’s taken over their throne.

The 34-year-old singer poses poolside in Los Angeles, wearing a slew of sexy, barely-there ensembles with a cascading braid and her go-to Texas necklace.

In one of the most jaw-dropping photos from the shoot, Bey shows off her cleavage in a long robe, wearing just a pair of underwear and going completely topless underneath.

What Jay-Z Is Planning To Give His Queen Bey On Her Birthday

According to The Sun (UK), Jay-Z has gone all out for Bey’s 34th birthday, splashing out on some custom-made, diamond-heeled Manolo Blahniks.

No word on how much the glamorous present cost Jay-Z, 45, but we can only assume we’d have to sell every single one of our belongings to afford just one of the diamond shoes. Maybe even just the actual heel part. Or a single diamond.

As well as gifting his wife with sparkly heels, he’s also apparently sorted out a low-key vegan dinner with their daughter Blue Ivy, her mum Tina, her sister Solange and her BFF Kelly Rowland.

Who Dethroned Beyonce As Most Popular Person On Instagram?

Beyoncé is no longer the queen of Instagram. According to Tech Insider, Kim Kardashian West stole the crown from Mrs. Carter on Monday morning with her current follower tally coming in at 44,005,604? to Beyoncé’s 43,935,648?.

Tech Insider notes that Kim’s account has been growing at a faster rate than Beyoncé’s and attributes this in part to Kim’s higher post frequency as well as her tendency to actually caption things.

Beyoncé, as you know, usually opts for single emoji captions or nothing at all, but apparently the people have come out in favor of candidness. Neither party has commented on this changing of the guard but expect copious selfies soon (as well as a valiant follower push from the Beyhive).

Skyscraper Shaped Like Beyonce’s Body Being Built in Australia (Photos)

Beyoncé’s fiercely curvaceous frame is a showstopper for men and women alike. Now, it’s even inspired architecture. The 33-year-old singer’s body is the inspiration for a skyscraper in Australia.

Designers at the Aussie firm Elenberg Fraser say they were drawn to Beyoncé’s “Ghost” music video when projecting what the 68-story Premier Tower at 134 Spencer St. in Melbourne would look like. The building is expected to house retail and residential space and mimics the superstar’s shape in an artistic way and also finds function in its design.

#TRENDING: Beyonce, Nicki Minaj- Feeling Myself (Watch Teaser)

Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj set the Internet on fire Monday when they dropped the surprise music video for “Feeling Myself” exclusively on Tidal.

The single, a collaboration from Minaj’s 2014 album “The Pinkprint”, has been burning up the music charts and now it’s burning up social media as well, igniting trends on Facebook and Twitter.

The sexy footage features the ladies partying with friends in the desert at Coachella, twerking and showing off their curves in swimwear.

While initially posted to the subscription-only streaming service, the video was quickly ripped and shared on other sites.

See How Jay Z & Beyonce Wear Their Feelings

If you’re a celebrity wearing a graphic tee, you might as well be sending a tweet out into the world; the space for words is finite, but everyone’s going to pay attention. Especially if your name i s Beyoncé or Jay Z. America’s King and Queen wore sort of coordinated outfits in New York City on Monday night. His shirt was printed with the word “Peace” in English, Hebrew, and Arabic, while she paired her high-waisted jeans with a black shirt that reads “Never forget to say thank you.”

2 1

On Sunday, the two were spotted in an Instagram picture with members of Freddie Gray and Mike Brown’s family at the Rally 4 Peace concert in Maryland, so it’s not a stretch to say their messages are purposeful. And they’re not the only celebrities who’ve let their clothes do the talking.

I Didn’t Copy Beyonce- Kim

The Internet freaked out over Kim Kardashian’s dress at the Met Gala on Monday, buzzing over the similarity to Beyonce’s 2012 Met dress.

The reality star took to Instagram, explaining that her sheer white dress (Peter Dundas’ first gown for Roberto Cavalli) that was edged with feathers was inspired Cher.

“Tonight’s inspiration! Cher at the 1st ever Met Gala!” she captioned a photo of Cher in a similar white dress the singer wore in the ’70s. “I just met her and told her this photo was my inspiration for my dress tonight! She is so beautiful! So happy I met her!

And she didn’t stop there. Kim posted a second photo of herself at last night’s gala with Cher.

Beyonce ‘Hires Private Detective’ To Follow Husband Jay Z

Their marriage has been the subject on intense scrutiny since “liftgate.”

And now, according to Grazia, Beyonce has hired a private detective to keep their eyes on her hubby.

Despite putting on a united front for recent outings together, sources tell the mag there is trouble in paradise.

“There are whispers Beyonce has hired a bodyguard to watch over Jay Z and report back to her,” a source told Grazia.

“He’s there to take care of Jay, but part of his unofficial remit is to fill Beyonce in when she’s not there.

Beyoncé Is Wearing A Gold Apple Watch Band That You Can’t Buy

Nowhere on Apple’s website will you find a solid gold link bracelet for the Apple Watch. Jony Ive never mentions it at any point in this video describing the gold watch’s creation. But in a set of photos posted to her website, Beyoncé just proved it exists. And she’s not the first person to do so. On two occasions now, high-profile early owners of Cupertino’s first smartwatch have been photographed wearing a gold band that’s probably worth more than any single possession you own.

Parents At Blue Ivy’s School Are Complaining About Jay Z And Beyonce!

According to one report, parents at the Hollywood preschool Jay Z and Beyonce chose for their little girl are ticked off Blue has two cars and three bodyguards that take her to and from school daily.
“A security motorcade drops her off and picks her up from school,” a source reportedly said, adding that parents have complained about the spectacle, calling it “tacky and over-the-top” of Bey and Jay.

The source said that though the elite preschool is full of Hollywood’s offspring, Blue has the most attendants. “Other celebrity kids get dropped off by one driver, not an entire staff,” the insider reportedly said. It just so happens that Will Ferrell’s son, Axel, also attends the same school but he “usually drops off and picks up his kid himself.”

Kim Kardashian Wants Beyonce to Be Her Neighbour… By Force?

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star – who is married to Kanye West – is reportedly hoping to cement her new friendship with the ‘Pretty Hurts’ hitmaker by convincing her to move to Hidden Hills, which is 40 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles.  Kim Kardashian West wants Beyoncé to buy a house in her gated community.

But a source close to the 32-year-old singer said: ”Bey doesn’t do suburbs – especially one populated by B-list actors and reality stars but Kim is being really pushy”.

Beyoncé and husband Jay Z recently decided to relocated from New York City to LA for the sake of their three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and recently enrolled her in a private school there after seeking advice from close friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

The insider added to America’s OK! magazine: ”One reason Bey is excited for the move is to expand her social circle. She wants to be hobnobbing with A-listers and tech people.”

The couple recently started renting a $150,000-a-month mansion in Holmby Hills because they have been unable to find their dream house yet.

A source previously claimed ‘Iron Man’ star Gwyneth, 42, was instrumental in the couple’s decision to move to California.

The source said: ”Beyoncé and Jay Z are making LA their permanent home based a lot on the advice of their friends. The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in LA and really swayed Beyoncé and Jay to make the move. It’s all for Blue Ivy.’

Power Couple React to Kanye West Rushing the Stage After Beck’s Win at Grammy Awards 2015

Jay and Bey say no way Ye! Jay Z and Beyonce did not want Kanye West to finish when the rapper ran up to the stage after Beck won Album of the Year at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 8.

A hilarious new Vine of the superstar couple reacting to the moment has gone viral, and it shows that the two, despite Beyonce’s surprising loss, most definitely did not want Yeezus to interrupt Beck. As West bombarded the Morning Phase singer, Jay Z’s expression went from shocked to horrified, and he even slightly shook his head in disagreement.

His wife, meanwhile, stopped clapping as she remarked: “No, Kanye, No!”

VIDEO: “He Should Have Given His Award to Beyonce”, Kanye West Confronts Grammy Winner Again

Kanye West ripped into the Grammy’s album of the year-winner Beck in a rant backstage that suggested his stage-rush earlier in the evening was no joke.

“Beck needs to respect artistry, he should’ve given his award to Beyonce,” said Kanye in an interview with E! Online. Beck beat out Beyonce in the category, as well as Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith and Pharrell Williams. That apparently irked West who stepped onstage as Beck accepted the award in what appeared to be a joke that echoed his interruption of Taylor Swift in 2009 at the MTV Music awards.

West said he didn’t say anything on the show because he did not want to put his family or “clothing line” at risk, but added: “I’m going to fight for creativity.”

Beyonce Takes Blue Ivy To The Park For Family Play Date… But Solange Looks Bored #Photos

Beyonce’s daughter Blue Ivy is only three years old but she’s already living quite the adventurous life.

It was another fun-filled day as the 33-year-old Halo singer hit up Griffith Park on Saturday with her toddler and sister Solange among other members of her entourage.

Beyonce and Blue Ivy were having a ball in the playground area where the tiny tot got to play in the sand and search for hidden treasures.

One person among the group, however, looked a little of place – Solange, 28, who watched the games from the sidelines with a somewhat bored expression.

Solange dusted off a spot near the play area and, vacant looks aside, still managed to be fashionable in buff-coloured trousers, a peach top and pink blazer.

Beyonce didn’t seem to notice her younger sibling’s less than enthusiastic stance, as her eyes were on her pretty child.

Is Beyoncé a Role Model for Marriage?

Former Arkansas governor and potential presidential candidate Mike Huckabee isn’t mad about Barack and Michelle Obama allowing Sasha and Malia to listen to Beyoncé. He’s just confused.

“I don’t understand how on one hand [the Obamas] can be such doting parents and so careful about the intake of everything—how much broccoli [their kids] eat and where they go to school and making sure they’re kind of sheltered and shielded from so many things—and yet they don’t see anything that might not be suitable for either a preteen or a teen in some of the lyrical content and choreography of Beyoncé,” Huckabee told People, expanding on the accusation, set forth in his new book God, Guns, Grits and Gravy, that the singer’s lyrics are “obnoxious and toxic mental poison.”

Set aside the question of whether lyrics and dance moves actually influence fans’ behavior, and of whether it’s proper to publicly criticize others’ parenting choices. Ignore the suspicion that Huckabee’s speaking less out of earnest concern for the first daughters than out of a desire to publicize the fact that he has a book out. Even taken at face value, Huckabee’s bewilderment—and that of conservative pundits before him—need to be addressed, for the children’s sake. If you’re looking for a cultural bogeywoman spreading the gospel of sexual promiscuity and drug use, Beyoncé in 2015 should be the last pop star you turn to. No one else makes traditional marriage and hard work look so attractive.

Beyonce & Jayz Sued for Stealing “Drunk in Love”

Beyonce and Jay Z ripped off a singer from a far away land (Hungary) to make one of their biggest songs ever , “Drunk in Love”.

This was claimed by an outraged Hungarian woman who wants “Drunk in Love” put on the shelf for good. Monika Miczura, aka Mitsou, says Bey, Jay and producer Timbaland pilfered a Roma folk song she recorded in 1995, then used it for the first 13 seconds of the hit song.

Blue Ivy’s Christmas Tree, Same Tree on 7/11

1 1

For some, Christmas cheer comes in red and and green. For others, Blue will do.

Beyoncé posted a photo to Instagram on Wednesday of her and Jay Z’s daughter Blue Ivy — who will turn 3 on January 7 gazing up at a giant Christmas tree. Naturally, it was decorated with lavish blue, silver, and teal ornaments, as well as elephants and other sparkly trinkets. Think the Carters decorated it themselves?

They definitely got into the holiday spirit early this year. The Christmas tree was also featured inBeyoncé’s video for “7/11” that dropped last week.

In one scene, Beyoncé out of a box and dances around her hotel suite, which has been transformed into a mini winter wonderland. And it looks like Blue even got to open a gift from Santa early.

Tina Knowles Spills Solange Wedding Details – And How Beyonce Saved the Day!

solange solange

When Solange tied the knot with her longtime music video director beau Alan Ferguson, the Knowles ladies were right by her side.

Now mom Tina Knowles sits down with Entertainment Tonight‘s Nancy O’Dell and Kevin Frazierto spill wedding day secrets, including her favorite moment of the New Orleans nuptials and how big sis Beyonce saved the day.

“There wasn’t a dry eye on the place,” she says of the couple’s personalized vows, which were her favorite part of the three-day event. “They were just so heartfelt and I just think the wedding epitomized Solange as a person, and her and Alan’s artistic flare.”

Tina reveals that despite the congregation’s coordinated all-white ensembles, Solange actually opted out of having a traditional bridal party. The highly-publicized group photo in Vogue just captures the star’s closest female family and friends.

Solange made more headlines on Tuesday after tweeting a shout out to Benadryl for saving her from wedding day hives. Turns out, it was big sis Beyonce who came to the rescue.

“[Solange] went through the wedding and the sit-down dinner and she was just fine, and then they had a second line in the streets of New Orleans and she was dancing so hard, I think she just go overheated,” Tina recalls. “And the seafood, I think she had a reaction to it.”

Enter Bey, whom Tina says “took her back to the hotel and gave her Benadryl and cortisone creams. She took a shower and in two hours, she showed up at the reception and did the dance with her son and just had a ball.”

By now we’ve all seen the super cute mother-son moment, when Solange and her 10-year-old son Julez danced together to “No Flex Zone.” But where was Blue Ivy?

“She didn’t get to come to the after party,” Tina says. “[Julez] only got to come and do the dance and then he had to leave. Had to go to bed. It was a grown folks party.” These days, Tina has grandchildren on the brain with the family’s longtime friend Kelly Rowland welcoming a baby boy earlier this month.

“I got two boys and a girl. Couldn’t ask for better than that,” she says. But when it comes to a sibling for Blue Ivy: “I’m always ready for more grandbabies.”

In the meantime, Tina is busy promoting her new curated collection for Cache. “I’ve shopped at Cache for many years, so I picked up 24 of my favorite things,” she says. “It becomes a challenge sometimes finding really beautiful things for a good price point… I think that they are the epitome of getting it right with everybody.” Her must have for this holiday season? A ball gown skirt.

“I’m mostly looking for things that will be flattering to every woman,” she says of choosing items for the collection. “Picking things that I know will work on many body types and many age groups.”

Tina also reveals that she’s hard at work writing a new book, but kept it vague when pressed on the subject matter.

“Everything in my life happened for a reason,” she says. “Even when I thought they were the worst things in the world, they turned out to be the best things in the world. If you’re going through something, just know that you’re gonna come out on the other side. You’re going through it — you’re not stuck there forever. That’s what the book is about.”

Beyonce and Jay Z Planning to Conceive Second Child in Europe

Beyonce and Jay Z will reportedly try to have another baby while spending a leap year in Paris.

The celebrity couple was spotted looking for housing in the City of Lights earlier is this year, and sources told Dailystar they plan to conceive another child, during their time abroad.

”Jay and Bey have been spending a lot of time in Paris lately and they adore France. They’re hoping to conceive their second child out there. And taking a year out will allow Beyonce to have a quiet, stress-free pregnancy,” an insider told the publication.

The couple is already parents to 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, and where seen with her while touring Paris’s The Louvre in October.

According to the source, both Beyonce and Jay Z “adore the laid-back lifestyle and culture” of France and plan to “put music on the back-burner” next year to just “enjoy” the country.

“They want to have some time doing very little, enjoying Blue Ivy and chilling out,” said the source. “They are hoping she will pick up the lingo too. And of course it will be great for their French.”

The reports about Beyonce and Jay Z’s possible move come after months of speculation that the singers were headed for a divorce and follows reports that they renewed their vows in October.

Beyoncé to Launch Athletic Streetwear Brand

Pop star diva, Beyonce,  33, and Topshop have formed a 50-50 joint venture company, Parkwood Topshop Athletic Ltd., to produce an athletic streetwear brand.

“This not a collaboration. This is about building a brand and building a business — a separate, proper business, with separate overhead and a separate office,” Topshop owner Sir Philip Green told WWD over the weekend. “We started talking generally, about doing something together. We’ve been looking at that [athletic] sector for a while. It’s something we need to be in. Based on what she does, how she works out, the conversation got into that category.”

Beyoncé added, “I have always loved Topshop for their fashion credentials and forward thinking.” And it’s true. The superstar is one of the London-based brand’s biggest fans. From the stage to the streets, she has represented Topshop quite well. After Jay Z’s wife stepped out in an A-line black-and-white dress in March, the $140 frock sold out immediately online.

Just last week, Bey sported a Topshop Compact Stripe Top ($68) with a matching skirt ($65) while cruising around London. The “Flawless” singer certainly has a penchant for representing affordable brands. Last year, she appeared in an ad campaign for H&M, modeling sundresses, short shorts, bikinis, and other items from the retailer’s summer stock.

“I’ve always liked H&M’s focus on fun and affordable fashion. I really loved the concept we collaborated on to explore the different emotions of women represented by the four elements — fire, water, earth, and wind. It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island,” Beyoncé said at the time. “It felt more like making a video than a commercial.”

But Beyoncé’s athletic line won’t be available anytime soon. Look for the activewear label to launch in Topshop stores and online in fall 2015 at the earliest.

Beyonce on Fashion Spotlight…

A couple of people have criticized her new hair, with some going as far as saying she is backing out on her usual show stopper appearance. Others blame it on her mother status and busy schedule.

Well here is queen Bey proving them wrong.

The sexy mom and music diva, who hardly pays mind to her instagram posted some sizzling photos wearing stunning outfits.

North West & Blue Ivy Fight…

FullSizeRender (77)  FullSizeRender (76)

This photo posted by Kim Kardashian West on her instagram triggered this fan fight, but let’s not get distracted easily to ignore the fact that baby North is looking sweet on her cowboy outfit and will probably follow the foot steps of her fashionista mom.

Now back on the fight, critics are blasting Beyonce for “not taking care of Blue Ivy”, which in essence could mean, not being too mindful of her daughter’s public appearance.

north     beyonce-blue-ivy-board-plane-in-socks__oPt

They argued that Kim K is doing a better job because Baby North is always looking on point, with choice shoes, clothing and well dressed hair. Queen Bey on the other hand leaves her daughter’s hair unkempt to the extent that the media were pleading with her to brush the girl’s hair.

Some say, Beyonce is doing fairly well, considering her busy schedule, as compared to Kim K who is literally doing “nothing”.

Fans of Kim K sealed the beef by saying, Blue Ivy is not just as ugly as her dad but is being carried around like an adopted child of a mad woman.

Beyonce’s New Hair… You Likey???

Beyonce stepped out with cropped, blunt bangs, accompanied by Jay Z and Blue Ivy, to catch a train out of the Gare du Nord Station in Paris Tuesday. It’s a dramatic new look for the superstar singer, who debuted longer bangs while performing at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City on Sept. 27.

The 33-year-old spent some quality time with her family in the City of Light. While there, the Carters took a private tour of the Louvre, because they can.

Beyoncé and Jay Z took a family trip to the Louvre Museum in Paris this week, and even while surrounded by iconic works of art (including the “Mona Lisa”), it was their 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter that managed to steal the show. While touring the historic building, Blue stumbled upon a grate and unknowingly channeled one of the most famous figures of all time while letting her pink dress billow in the air. While we highly doubt that Blue knows about Marilyn Monroe or The Seven Year Itch, it doesn’t make this moment any less adorable: Beyoncé thought so, too, as she snapped photos of her little one on her iPhone with a huge smile on her face.
