Men Are Scum: My husband impregnated my sister twice, wife tells court.

A 55-year-old trader, Saidat Abu, on Thursday told an Igando Customary Court in Lagos that her husband was a flirt who impregnated her younger sister on two occasions.

She said this while responding to a suit filed by her husband, Momodu, alleging threat to his life by his wife.

Mrs. Saidat, who alleged that her husband did not only commit adultery but incest, said: “My husband was having an affair with my sister, he impregnated her and aborted the pregnancy on two occasions.

“I decided not to fight him in order to save my marriage.”

The mother of two also described her husband as a wicked and callous man.

“My husband took me to the hospital and connived with the doctor to remove my womb so that I will not be pregnant again.

“After destroying my womb, he is now telling me that he wants to marry another woman so that he can have a son that will inherit his property.

“He also told me he wants to sell our house so that he can settle our daughters and rent an apartment for me before he moves on with his life,” she said.

She begged the court not to grant her husband’s request, saying she was still in love with him.

“Who will marry me now after my husband has destroyed my womb? Please do not grant his request, ” she said.

Her husband, a 60-year-old businessman, had approached the court to end his 33-year-old marriage over his wife’s alleged fetish act.

“My wife is fetish; I came back from work one day and discovered a potion in my compound was cemented.

“I was curious to know what was buried in the ground, so I called my people and we dug the ground and saw a charm buried there.

“My wife wanted to kill me so that she can inherit my property,” he said.

The petitioner presented as evidence pictures of the buried charm.

Momodu also said his wife did not cook or wash his clothes.

“My wife cannot do any house chore; I am married but living like a single man, I can no longer tolerate her,” he said.

He further accused his wife of inscribing “This house is not for sale ” on the wall of his house without his consent.

The petitioner urged the court to terminate the marriage, saying he was fed up.

The court’s president, Mr Adegboyega Omilola, after listening to the couple, adjourned the case till Feb. 7 for further hearing.

Youth Pastor Allegedly Impregnated 15-Year-Old In His Church Group

A married Pennsylvania youth pastor has been fired and jailed over charges he impregnated a 15-year-old girl.

State police say the wife of 35-year-old Wesley Blackburn reported him to James Espenshade, senior pastor of Faith Brethren Bible Church in Bedford County, on October 6, the day after Blackburn told his wife about his ongoing sexual relationship with the teen and asked for a divorce. Espenshade and the church’s deacons fired Blackburn in the parking lot of the church later that day and then called police. A state trooper arrived at the church and took him into custody.

Police say he’s acknowledged impregnating the teen.

“I was shocked. Absolutely shocked,” Espenshade said to WJAC News. “You work with him and you’re there and you’re thinking, How could this happen?… We didn’t even care what he had to say — we don’t tolerate this kind of stuff. It’s inappropriate. It’s reprehensible.”

The Tribune-Democrat reports that Blackburn is a father of five who led weekly meetings for seventh- and eighth-grade students. He met the teen in 2009, when he arrived at Faith Brethren Bible Church, and she joined his youth group in 2014; they began a physical relationship in March.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Blackburn, who remained in the Bedford County jail Friday unable to post the $200,000 bail and facing one count of corruption of minors and 84 counts each of statutory sexual assault and indecent assault.

11 Year Old Raped & Impregnated By Step Father Gives Birth

An 11-year-old girl who was denied an abortion after being raped gave birth Thursday, the culmination of a case that put a spotlight on child rape in this poor South American nation and drew criticism from human rights groups.

Elizabeth Torales, a lawyer for the girl’s mother, told The Associated Press that the minor gave birth to a baby girl via cesarean in a Red Cross hospital in Asuncion, Paraguay’s capital. She said reported there were no complications and both the mother and baby were resting.

“The baby doesn’t yet have a name,” said Torales, who added that her client and the girl’s grandmother had requested custody of the infant.

Hospital director Mario Villalba told reporters outside the hospital that the birth took about 35 minutes. She said the girl would remain in the hospital for three or four days, “like any other patient who has had a cesarean.” She said the minor was currently accompanied by her grandmother, but declined to give more details.

The girl was allegedly raped and impregnated by her stepfather when she was 10. The stepfather has been arrested and is awaiting trial. The girl’s mother has been charged with negligence.

The mother requested an abortion for her daughter, but the government refused to allow it, drawing praise from religious groups but criticism from many human rights organizations, including U.N. officials. Paraguay bans abortion except when a mother’s life is in danger. At the time, the girl was five months pregnant and local health officials said she appeared to be in fine health.
