WWE star, The Rock says he will be president of US in 2020.

World Wrestling Entertainment, WWE, superstar, and Hollywood actor, Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as The Rock, has indicated interest to run for the position of American president in 2020.

The Rock said he “wouldn’t rule out” a potential bid to be the next U.S. president after Trump.

44-year-old wrestler cum actor cited the just concluded Presidential election, where Republican billionaire businessman, Donald Trump was elected U.S 45th president, as proof that he could also emerge the world’s number one citizen one day.

He told Vanity Fair Magazine, “I wouldn’t rule it out.

“It would be a great opportunity to help people, so it’s possible. This past election shows that anything can happen.”

The wrestler said he might be queuing for the position by 2020 having told Britain’s GQ magazine back in June that he had been thinking about a career change into the political field.

According to him, “I can’t deny that the thought of being governor, the thought of being president, is alluring.

“And beyond that, it would be an opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives on a global scale.

“Maybe, one day. Surely the White House has a spot for my pick up truck.”

Dwanye ‘The Rock’ Johnson Tops the list of World’s Highest-Paid Actor in 2016

According to Forbes, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson elbowed out reigning top-ranked Robert Downey Jr. to become the world’s highest-paid actor–and scored his biggest ever annual paycheck in the process.

Johnson’s $64.5 million payday more than doubled his 2015 earnings, making him this year’s biggest dollar gainer. The erstwhile wrestler’s millions came from upfront fees for movies including Central Intelligence and Fast 8, as well as the forthcoming Baywatch in which he’s set to play Mitch Buchannon.

A staple of the Fast and Furious franchise, the stellar box office performance of his recent films (including 2015’s hit San Andreas) have seen his quotes skyrocket.

He bested second-ranked Jackie Chan ($61 million), who mints money with movies in China, and Matt Damon, who tallied $55 million largely off the success of The Martian to boost his earnings 120% year over year.

Hollywood’s biggest stars took home the golden popcorn this year.

Kevin Hart and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson co-hosted the 2016 MTV Movie Awards Saturday at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Calif. Breaking from tradition, the show did not air live. Instead, fans tuned in Sunday at 8 p.m. “It’s an honor to be hosting the MTV Movie Awards with a guy who’s not only one of the funniest guys on the planet, but who’s often mistaken as my twin, Kevin Hart,” Johnson said in a statement. “We live for our fans and promise to make this an epic, historic unforgettable night for them.” Hart added, “I love hosting—it’s my thing. Dwayne and I are the perfect team for the epic 25th anniversary show.”

Expect the unexpected. “It’s going to go down,” Hart teased.

“Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart define what it means to be modern movie stars,” executive producer Casey Patterson told E! News in a statement earlier this year. “They have a direct and personal relationship with their fans, who love them for it and have made them two of the biggest entertainers in the world. They are bringing the action and comedy to the big 25th anniversary of the MTV Movie Awards, which makes me excited and frankly a little afraid. Double trouble!”
