The 20 year old model is suing a skincare company called Cutera for $10milion with claims that they used her face and name to advertise their Laser acne treatment taking without her permission.
The advert in question features a photo of Kendall and claims their products and treatments improved her skin. The ad reads – “Acne “completely ruined” Kendall Jenner’s self esteem”
Kendall’s lawyer Todd Wilson says,
“The right to associate Kendall Jenner’s name and likeness in connection with a product or service belongs solely to Kendall Jenner and is protected by Federal and State law. Today’s lawsuit by Ms. Jenner against Cutera, Inc., for the unauthorized use of Ms. Jenner’s name and likeness to promote its product should serve notice that Ms. Jenner will vigorously defend her rights under the law.”
 However, an image of yolk on the curtain has emerged after a woman was reportedly arrested after throwing eggs and tomatoes on that stage.

The promotional appearance in suburban Sydney was very nearly overshadowed by the surprise egging but the Police quickly apprehended and arrested the 30 year old female culprit.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner made an appearance at a Westfield shopping center in Sydney, Australia, on Tuesday to promote their new clothing line. While doing so, someone threw some eggs at them — captions on Getty’s photographs of the incident say the eggs were actually thrown just before Kendall and Kylie took to the stage, but Instagram footage on TMZ does seem to show projectiles headed at the stage while the sisters were saying hi. And Gossip Cop adds that tomatoes were also thrown.
TMZ describes the culprit as a grumpy “older woman” (whose age is then cited as 30 so, come on, cut the world a break, please) who was later arrested on the grounds of “offensive behavior.” Oh, and as she was being arrested, she spat on the police officers, so assault charges were also added to her prospective rap sheet.

Over the summer the Kardashians enjoyed a well-documented family holiday to sunny St Barts, where Kylie decided to bring along her rapper boyfriend Tyga.
And in a sneak peek at an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kendall can’t hide her anger as Kylie, 18, insists on spending most of her time with her other half.
“I was really looking forward to this trip to hang out with you,” she says disappointedly while Kylie, who moved into her own Calabasas mansion earlier this year, remains silent.

While in another scene, Kendall shares her concerns for her sister with dad Caitlyn.
The I Am Cait star bluntly asks the model: “What’s the deal with Kylie?”
The Victoria’s Secret beauty, 20, replies: “She doesn’t have her priorities straight and I tell everyone that.”
The sisters are seen getting ready for the ESPY Awards – where dad Cailtyn Jenner made her first post-transition red carpet appearance in July – and tensions run high when Kylie finds out Kendall wants to borrow a dress.
In classic sibling rivalry, Kylie won’t let her and the two soon begin to row.
“You’re just literally the biggest f****** b**** I’ve ever met,” Kendall fumes.
She goes on to say to Kylie’s dogs: “I’m sorry your mom is such a c***!”
The Kardashian ladies and the Jenner’s took to their Instagram pages to laud and celebrate their Mom, Kris Jenner, on her birthday; who is also mostly their manager… I mean, Momager.
