Why President Obama Feels Bad For Boys Who Try To Date Malia & Sasha

President Barack Obama’s daughters, Malia and Sasha, are 18 and 15 now, prime dating age. And guys actually do go out with them, Obama said. “That happened, you know?” he told a North Carolina radio station on Friday. “The truth is, I’m pretty relaxed about it for two reasons.

“One is [their mom] Michelle. She’s taught—she’s such a great example of how she carries herself, her self-esteem, not depending on boys to validate how you look or you know, not letting yourself be judged by anything other than your character and intelligence,” he said. “And hopefully I’ve been a good example in terms of how I’ve shown respect to my wife. So I don’t worry about it because they’re really solid, smart girls—young ladies now.”

And anyway, Obama has a fail-safe: “The other reason is because they’ve had Secret Service. There’s only so much these guys can do. These poor young men come by my house and….”

“They have no idea—” the radio host remarked.

“No, they have an idea. I describe for them….” Obama then laughed. Meanwhile, hundreds of miles away, a bunch of hopeful guys shivered.

Consider the factors

As with most situations, the decision that’s right for you will depend on your personal relationships, morals, values and beliefs. As Michele Fabrega, a love, intimacy, and sexuality coach for men, tells The Cheat Sheet to consider these factors first:

  • How long have you been friends and how close are you? Essentially, how much do you value this friendship and want to maintain it?
  • What was the ending of their relationship like?
  • How long has it been since their relationship ended? Essentially, how much tension still exists between them, if any?
  • How well and for how long have you known his ex? Have you known him or her as your friend’s boyfriend/girlfriend or spouse? Or is this someone you never met before and you have no experience of being with them together as a couple? Most importantly, what are your intentions?

When Fuel Scarcity Will End, Kachikwu Gives Date

Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, appeared before the Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources ( Downstream ) on Tuesday,  to explain reasons for the acute fuel scarcity across the country and the efforts being made by his ministry to resolve the embarrassing phenomenon.

He lamented the situation and apologised to Nigerians who are really going through difficult situation and promised that the scarcity will end on or before the 7th of April.

He said,  “I share the pains of Nigerians. I feel that pain everyday. Those who are following my trajectories since I resumed office would see that even on the Christmas day,  I was at the refineries. On the Easter day,  I was in Lagos,  monitoring fuel distribution at the depots.

“I have given 24/7 attention to the problem in this industry which were unbelievable. I have continued to work with one sole purpose in mind, which is that every problem will have a solution.

“I do apologise if a comment I made jocularly with my friends in the press about being a magician offends some Nigerians, it wasn’t meant to be. I did go ahead to explain what needed to be done. I didn’t intend to create this kind of hyperbole that it did.

“Let me admit that I am not a typically experienced politician. I am a technocrat,  Some of the phraseologies that I may use while being acceptable in the arena in which I play,  obviously will not be acceptable in the public political arena. If anybody’s sensitivities were offended by that,  I totally apologise, I am a very humble person even imagining the thought that I dictate to Nigerians. I am not somebody like that.”

Kachikwu attributed the current fuel scarcity to lack of importation by the major oil marketers; diversion of the products by marketers; pipeline vandalism; panic buying and non computerisation of distribution network to monitor trucks.

He lamented that since the payment of N600bn arrears of unpaid subsidy which the current administration inherited from the Former President Goodluck Jonathan administration, which ended the subsidy regime, oil marketers had stopped fuel importation.

The development, he said,  had forced the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, to overstretched its capacity, human resources and facilities to bridge the gap but it is obvious that it lacked the immediate capacity to handle.

PDP Announces Date For National Convention, Blasts Govt. Over Raid Of Ekiti Assembly

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party will hold its national convention to elect new leaders in May, in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

The date and venue was announced on Monday at the end the 69th meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), in Abuja.

The communique Of the NEC meeting, which was signed by the party’s national chairman and secretary, Ali Sheriff and Adewale Oladipo respectively also said the NEC approved the time-table for the party’s congresses.

It said congresses would commence on Saturday April 23, while the national convention would hold on Saturday May 21, 2016 in the Rivers state capital.

The NEC also approved the extension of the tenure of office of all organs of the party at all levels until the conduct of congresses and national convention, except those of Edo and Ondo states.

“NEC approved the setting up of four special committees in preparation for the national convention. They are National Convention Committee, Reconciliation Committee, Zoning Committee and Finance Committee,” the communique said.

The PDP NEC also said it had observed the “erosion of fundamental human rights and constitutionally guaranteed personal liberty of Nigerians” especially key leaders of the PDP by the APC-led Federal Government.

The party condemns “the incessant harassment, maltreatment and unlawful incarceration of PDP leaders at various levels by government-controlled law enforcement and prosecution agencies”.

A: You have so come to the wrong place for endorsement of your philosophy. I am of the school that he was showing you he was comfortable enough with you to let one rip. Sure you were trapped, but a moving vehicle with the windows down offers the greatest chance for sulfur dissipation. It’s good he apologized, but it’s too bad you didn’t laugh hysterically and say, “Nice one!” If you care to continue to see this guy, maybe on your next date you should give him a beautifully wrapped package of pills for lactose intolerance, with a note that says, “This made me think of you.”
