A suicidal man sitting on the ledge of bridge with feet dangling off the side was saved by a police officer.

Officer Hicks natural instincts and training kicked in and he immediately sprang into action. He slowly approached the man and began talking to him. Eventually, the would-be jumper climbed back over the railing, with Officer Hicks assisting him.
