The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called for the arrest of some leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC). They are to be arrested for allegedly operating an illegal radio station.

Femi Fani-Kayode, Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP’s presidential campaign organisation, noted that radio station has been broadcasting falsehood, propaganda and inciting comments periodically over the last few days and since inception.

He stated that the objective of the radio station is to serve as a propaganda tool to fight the PDP-led government after the APC loses the elections on March 28. He demanded an immediate clampdown by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) on the radio station.
