Don’t Blame Buhari For Hunger In Nigeria- Fr. Mbaka

Catholic Priest and Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Emene, Revd Fr. Ejike Mbaka has called for prayers for President Muhammadu Buhari and has absolved him of blame in the country’s economic challenges.
Fr. Mbaka, however, reassured Nigerians that the current economic condition in the country will soon be over.
In a sermon to mark the opening of the 2016/2017 Legal Year, organised by Enugu State Judiciary, Mbaka who prophesied Buhari’s victory in the 2015 presidential election recalled that, in 2012, he prophesied that doom time would follow the oil boom, if there was no good planning of the country’s resources.
“But, the past administration was one of ‘loot as much as you can.’ Look at a place like the Niger Delta and one of them became president and did nothing for his people and now, you want Buhari to perform magic. But, we are a mono economy and every country depending on oil is suffering the same fate with Nigeria today.
“Buhari is not the cause of hunger in the country; not the cause of starvation in Nigeria.
“The tap root of Nigeria’s economy has been cut; Buhari is just trying to hold a rolling vehicle; a vehicle that the brakes have been destroyed.
“So, Buhari is not the cause. If (former President Goodluck) Jonathan was the president today, the situation would have been worse.
“Economic recession will not last long; the solution will come in a super natural way.
“Just like Ebola, we thought everybody would die; where is it now? Recession will go as Ebola has gone. So, all we have to do is to pray for Buhari; he has good agenda but, many around him are planning to pull him down.”
On the recent arrest of judges by the Department of State Services (DSS), Mbaka said Nigerians are beginning to lose hope in the Judiciary, “but with Buhari’s revolutionary experience going on, I am not saying that all who are accused are guilty but, I am saying that judges ought to remain incorruptible.
“If they are corrupt, they should be arrested and whoever arrests them should be praised.
“So, if president Buhari has that courage, that lion heart, to touch the tiger’s tail, he is a hero.”
Mbaka lauded the performance of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State and described it as “an exemplary display of visionary leadership which has enthroned peace, uniting diverse political interests.”
He called on the people of the state to continue to support his government which he said has been anointed by God.
In his speech to mark the legal year, Acting Chief Judge of Enugu State, Justice N.P Emehelu commended the governor for giving rapid response to the needs of the Judiciary by providing the necessary requirements for the appointments of judges in the state as well as facilitating supervisory duties of the Customary Court of Appeal.
She made a request for a befitting Customary Court of Appeal complex in Enugu as well as complexes for the high courts and Magistrate Courts outside Enugu and called for more slots to be given the judiciary for appointment of high court judges following depletion in the number of judges occasioned by deaths and retirements.
Justice Emehelu thanked the Bar and Bench in the state for their cooperation urging them to redouble their efforts for a quicker and better dispensation of justice.
“I have noted the concern and suggestions of the Nigeria Bar Association as well as those of the learned magistrates and I wish to assure that God willing, we will partner with you in addressing those concerns and issues.”

Prophet Slams Fr. Mbaka Over Plot To Kill Buhari Prophecy

Kaduna-based Prophet and General Overseer of Christ’s Vision Ministries, Revd Samuel Taiwo Deji, has told the Enugu-based Catholic Priest, Revd Father Ejike Mbaka to withdraw his prophecy that some people are plotting to kill President Muhammadu Buhari.

Revd Father Mbaka of Adoration Ministries, Enugu, had on New Year day,  January 1,  2016, predicted that some Nigerians were plotting to kill the President.

However,  Prophet Deji said Father Mbaka’s prediction was more of a demonic message than a divine one from God.
Revd Deji, 63, who is a professor of theology in Christian Education, said he decided to write off Father Mbaka because God had told him ( Deji ) that there would be no bloodshed in the corridors of power in 2016.

According to the Ekiti State- born man of God: “Buhari should go and sleep,  not only sleep, but snore, because Father Mbaka is passing a message that is demonic and not of God.

“Father Mbaka was in a hurry,  he did not wait for God’s message for President Muhammadu Buhari.

“I see this type of message as too political, far from God’s words for our President. In fact, many youths will be comfortable this year. But I equally see famine hitting this country this year. So, people should be wise how they manage their food this year.”

Fr. Mbaka Gives Condition To Support Biafra Protest

Spiritual Director of Catholic Adoration Ministries Enugu, Rev. Fr. Camillus Ejike Mbaka, has given one condition on which he would support the ongoing pro-Biafra protests in the South-East and part of the South-South.

Mbaka said he would only support the agitation if those behind it come out to lead the struggle.

He warned that the protests are capable of snowballing into a huge crisis of the scale associated with Boko Haram if not curtailed now.

Fr. Mbaka spoke during the launch of new products, Rapha Groundnut oil, Rapha Soya Oil and Rapha Carbonated Drinks, produced by his company, Aqua Rapha Investments Limited. He is chairman of the company.

Speaking, he lambasted those still fueling the pro- Biafra protests, saying it was capable of scaring away investors from the region.

Father Mbaka’s Prophecy Of Change Has Been Fulfilled

Popular Enugu-based Catholic priest, Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka had predicted victory for the candidate of the APC in the presidential election, General Muhammadu Buhari.

In his New Year message he said Goodluck Jonathan would be defeated by Buhari.

In the words of Father Mbaka:
“President Jonathan has failed to stem the tide of insecurity and corruption in the country. In the year 2014, we had a lot of bloodshed in this country. People were dying like rats without anybody asking about them. This country suffered a lot of blood experience. Many of us witnessed that people were in tears. Just like the ancient world, the year 2014, the 4 in it had the queen in it, which had to do with death. Our leader’s failed us with reckless abandon and nobody asked them question.

“We need change. Whatever it will be, let it be. This is my golden message to my beloved country.

“Ogini n’eme? (what actually is happening?). The multitude of our youths, the quality young men, quality young women, brilliants youths but nobody has plans for any of you. Our so-called leaders should come and apologize. In 2015, it shall not continue like that (everybody shouted AMEN).

“By the grace of God, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are announcing, spiritually, Change! 2015 should not be a year of any hooligan manoeuvring to hijack power. This is our New Year message. Listen, when you go home, tell anybody you see that from the oracle of the Holy Spirit, we are announcing change (AMEN). Can somebody help me to shout Change (shouts of Change by the congregation rented the air) in Jesus holy name… I seal this year with the blood of Jesus.”

After this message, a lot of Nigerians reacted because the Priest has earlier prayed for Jonathan’s wife.

At the end of it all, that Change has come. But will it deliver for Nigerians? Our hopes are high!

Father Mbaka Raises Alarm, Says Jonathan, Wife Planning to Kill Him [Video]

Controversial Enugu-based Reverend father, Fr Mbaka says the president and his wife are planning to assassinate him. Assassinate because he’s what? Lol. Below is what he told his congregation…

“I want to send this message to the atmosphere, let it now be known to the whole world that president Jonathan and Patience want to assassinate Fr Mbaka. It’s a known secret. So however they are planning it, I don’t know. Whomever they want to use, I don’t know. They will not come themselves and do it, they will use this unemployed people. The same people I am speaking for. Just like in the days of Chimaroke, (Nnamani – former Enugu governor) I came here 1 day, announcing this type of thing, that they are planning to attack the ministry, people said it can not happen. One night, 7th March, they struck.”

What Went Wrong? Why Hath Fr. Mbaka Forsaken GEJ? By Vunderkind

I am writing this piece in a dimly-lit corner of my room, and the quote keeps ringing in my head: “there are no permanent friends, only permanent interests.” I can’t remember who said that, but damn, does it apply to what happened today!

Like you, I woke up to the most startling news. Splashed lewdly on all papers for the day, the headlines displayed the creative geniuses of the particular newspaper house. The long and short of it was the the famously outspoken Fr. Ejike Mbaka had lashed at President Jonathan, demanding that Nigeria’s number one resign or be voted out of power. His justification for this was the usual: corruption , insecurity, administrative incompetence, ad nauseam…

Honestly, if I was given one naira for every single outspoken person – whom the president hadn’t already pocketed (Femi Fani-Kayode, anyone?) – who had called for Jonathan’s head on a platter, I might just quit my day job and go touring the world.

So, no, it didn’t come as a blistering shock to find another Man of God attacking the GCFR himself. What was surprising, actually, was the events of barely a month ago.

Flashback: About a month ago
A month earlier, before the eyes of the public, the selfsame Priest Ejike Mbaka had praised President Jonathan to the high heavens. Hell, depending on what papers you read, some might say he even lauded Jonathan and defended him for not Bringing Back Our Girls.

In November 2014, you see, Fr. Mbaka said unto Patience Jonathan, your husband has ‘done well,’ and he said unto her further – he deserves a second term.

So where is today’s gist coming from? As we’d say in Nigeria, see me see trouble oh.

Go on Premium Times, and the paper would remind you that Fr. Ejike said, with admirable conviction, that President Jonathan would have done more for the polity were it not for the ‘distractions’ tossed his way by way of security bombshells (pun regretted) that have plagued the nation for years and counting…

The internet never forgets, so we have here a direct quote from the man of God:

“Jonathan is not a kidnapper.”

Which may be interpreted to mean “Jonathan did not take the girls. Let him drink water and keep his cup down, please.”

After reading that, gentlemen and ladies, I was almost convinced that Fr. Mbaka had a t-shirt under his cassock that read “Team Jonathan4Eva,” which explains the collective gasp let out by the nation when the selfsame priest told Mr. Jonathan to “quietly resign” because he is a failure who flopped grandly at stopping corruption and insecurity in the country.

After mentioning quite clearly that the president had clearly failed to provide jobs for the Nigerian youths, he endorsed Jonathan’s opponent (gasp!) Muhammadu Buhari (gasp!).

The question is why? What ground-breaking event occurred in the space of a month to change the Holy Father’s mind?

Nobody knows yet. Premium Times would tell you that Fr. Mbaka had foreshadowed his ‘defection’ on December 31st when he said ‘uncertainties’ would arise as we approach the cloyingly romantic February 14 poll date.

I finally found out the source of the quote above. It is Lord Palmerstrom: “Therefore I say that it is a narrow policy to suppose that this country or that is to be marked out as the eternal ally or the perpetual enemy of England. We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow.”
