Nick Cannon has only nice things to say about his ex-wife Mariah Carey, and he’s even cool with Carey’s new boyfriend.

Cannon appeared as a guest on “The Howard Stern Show” on Wednesday, and opened up about his relationship with Carey.

Carey, 45, and Cannon, 35, split in August 2014 after six years of marriage, and the “All I Want For Christmas Is You” singer started dating Australian billionaire James Packer in 2015.

“Hey, how about Mariah bouncing back since the divorce. She’s with a billionaire, dude,” Stern said.

“That’s awesome, isn’t it?” Cannon replied. When Stern commented about the quick turnaround of relationships, Cannon laughed it off.

“It happened a lot faster than you thought,” Cannon said. “She’s Mariah Carey!”

“As long as she’s happy and my children are happy, I’m happy,” the actor continued.
