A former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Vincent Ogbulafor on Friday met secretly with the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Oyegun. The meeting was held at the APC secretariat in Abuja.

Ogbulafor arrived the party secretariat unnoticed and silently sneaked into the building. The meeting is believed to be a prelude to the defection of Ogbulafor to the APC. Ogbulafor was removed as PDP chairman in 2010 over allegations of corruption.
