The University of Port Harcourt where president Goodluck Jonathan purportedly finished his PhD has pointedly refused to release information that’d help the general public believe the claims. As the attached document shows, the university would rather not heed the Freedom of Information backed application. The President’s PhD thesis is not at the University’s library as is the norm. The said thesis – if it really does exist – has never been cited by any academic or student. Surely, UNIPORT would love to help the general public get answers to these questions.
