Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna State, this morning appeared on ChannelsTV breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily, where he spoke on what his government has done and is doing to tackle the security situation in Southern Kaduna. The Governor provided the historical perspective to what he described as a 37-year old crisis in Southern Kaduna.
