A 24-year-old fake Lieutenanat- Colonel, who specializes in snatching cars was, at the weekend, paraded by the Abia State Police Command.

The State Police Commissioner, Mr. Joshak Habila, who spoke to journalist when the fake army officer, Ahanna Ogoeze, was paraded, that said “it was with the aid of the car tracking device installed in the car that the police were able to trace the car to Onitsha in Anambra State, where the fake army officer had already sold it to his uncle.

He advised the public to always adopt simple security device that would guard their belonging such as locks and car tracking system and further disclosed that the man had been operating across state boundaries until he was arrested in Abia State.
