Oscar Pistorius appeared in the High Court in Pretoria this morning where he will apply for bail. The Supreme Court of Appeal set aside the athlete’s culpable homicide conviction last week and instead convicted him of murder. Deputy judge president Aubrey Ledwaba has been assigned to hear the case.
