President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday explained that his forthcoming meeting with President Barack Obama will strengthen bilateral ties between Nigeria and the United States of America.
The President spoke at a meeting with the US Deputy Secretary of State, Mr. Anthony J. Blinken, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Buhari said his talks with Obama would also help the administration’s efforts to overcome the challenge of terrorism, and possibly, greater support from the US for the multinational Joint Task Force being mobilised against Boko Haram.
