Paul Walker’s estate filed a lawsuit Friday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging that the estate of the late Roger W. Rodas has failed to return cars that were owned by Walker prior to his sudden death.

Rodas was behind the wheel when both he and Walker died in a sudden car crash in Nov. 2013. The lawsuit claims that the family demanded the return of the actor’s vehicles, which were in Rodas’ possession, but Rodas’ estate refused, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
