Elton John backed By Celebs To Boycott Dolce & Gabbana After Designers’ Comments About ‘Synthetic Children’ And Gay Parents.

There’s nothing fashionable about a slap at nontraditional families.

Celebs spoke out and joined Elton John in calling for a boycott of Dolce & Gabbana on Sunday after its founders criticized gay adoption and “synthetic children” conceived through in vitro fertilization.

John, who has two children with husband David Furnish thanks to a surrogate, slammed gay designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in a scathing Instagram post.

“How dare you refer to my beautiful children as ‘synthetic,’ ” the 67-year-old wrote. “And shame on you for wagging your (judgmental) little fingers at IVF — a miracle that has allowed legions of loving people, both straight and gay, to (fulfill) their dream of having children.”

The British pop legend wasn’t done there.
