Reports reaching us says that the case against Gen Buhari pertaining his eligibility for Contesting the March 28th Elections has been dismissed . In a suit filed at the High court abuja with Justice Adeniyi Ademola in Abuja. The judge said the case against General Buhari is one not enough to disqualify him from the march 28th elections therefore he is eligible to contest for the presidency. He said it was impossible for the court to conclude the case before the elections and that there was no need for the court to be in haste to determine the case, because it could always do so after the elections. He adjourned all the suits challenging the eligibility of presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari,till April 22 and 23, 2015.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola fixed the date after he dismissed applications by two intended parties to join the suit as defendants.
