Miley Cyrus has made no secret of her love for the Cannabis plant.

The 21-year-old singer was back in flaunting mode on Wednesday as she headed to a friend’s house in Hollywood wearing a T-shirt that read, ‘Marijuana, It’s Time To Change The Law.’

Miley’s short-cropped shirt was made of a light and flimsy material, which made the fact that she’d neglected to wear a bra even more apparent.

The timing of Miley’s T-shirt wasn’t exactly out of the blue.

A US District judge in Northern California is expected to rule on the constitutionality of a 1970 act that classifies marijuana as a dangerous drug along the likes of heroin and LSD.

The decision is expected to be handed down later this year, according to The Los Angeles Times. 

Speaking about other fashion choices she’s made in her not-too-distant youth, Miley told the February issue of Marie Claire: ‘I had some shady wardrobe choices when I was about 16 to 18.
