Leader of the defunct Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force (NDPVF), Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, yesterday admitted that although corruption has become endemic in the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan, that will however not stop him from supporting his administration. This was as he threatened war on any successor of Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi, who fails to probe his administration.
Dokubo-Asari who spoke in Port Harcourt while fielding questions from newsmen shortly after attending a town hall meeting organized by NDPVF in partnership with the Niger Delta People Salvation Front (NDPSF), queried why people should be blaming Jonathan for all the country’s woes, when the nation has over 800 governments, made up of 774 local government areas, 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
