Looks like Kim K is ready for another round of a baby bump.  The 33-year-old Mrs West spoke to EllenDeGeneres about her plans to expand her family with husband Kanye West on the second part of the Ellen DeGeneres Show season premiere which airs Tuesday, September 9, and revealed she’s definitely ready for baby number two.

But while in principal she’s up for having a whole host of siblings for daughter North West, 14 months, the curvaceous brunette admitted the reality of looking after more than one kid proved more challenging than she’d thought. She even went further to say she doesn’t know how her mother, Kris Jenner, managed to pull through with six of them.
