Premium Times is reporting that the Federal Government is making serious attempts to arrest the new Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to stop him from being turbaned. It took the intervention of the Kano State Government to prevent the new Emir’s arrest. The former Central Governor in February 2014 blew the cover on one of the continent’s biggest scams, a $20 billion heist by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and individuals with strong links to the Nigerian President.
