Our Illusive Servant Leadership – Fodio Ahmad

“Some possible acts of service bring inspiration to where there is ignorance. Bring understanding to where there is hatred. Bring joy where there is sadness. Bring courage where there is fear…..” from the words of Devasia Puthiyaparambil

So maybe the only representative who does not feel comfortable with the affairs of the Government needs to be silenced for the usual meaningless results to keep coming.

I see that Nigeria’s future is already in its past and God forbid if the likes of Abraham Lincoln see to life again finding out that what he defined as “the government of the people, for the people and by the people as eventually turn into a private business, trust me he will take back his assertion.

We are growing; our democracy is still nascent which makes me a bit considerate towards the fact that we are not putting the idea of real democracy into practice. Just imagine, that the Minority Leader Niger state house of Assembly came praise singing our illusive SERVANT LEADERSHIP and his legislative robots, Will there be any sort of suspension saga? I don’t think so.

The Niger state government fails to understand that there comes a time in a legislator’s tenure when he ought to take some pro-masses responsibilities even though mostly it is not as if the opposition discharge their real democratic opposition role for betterment of the ruling party devoid of hatred, blackmails and propaganda, I still cannot pretend to be pleased with the way a member representing my interest got suspended, for your information the writer in person hails from the same ward with the member in mention. So to say the suspension of Hon. Muhammad Nuradeen Umar, Member Representing Kontagora 1 constituency on the 17th of June 2014 is a democratic embarrassment, abuse of freedom of speech and anti-masses in a state where servant leadership is said to be practiced.

To pro-Abu Lolo if I should re-align your body language, it is clear but you forgot your track open when I came across a political preacher just a day after the suspension pill was offered that “In order to avoid casting aspersions, libeling or committing fallacy of hasty generalization which in most cases is severely injurious to the person (s) or group of persons concerned, you must weigh and choose your words, you could at the same time apply diplomacy”. I became politically baptized when the Good Samaritan went an extra mile to define what diplomacy is “Diplomacy is the ability to tell a person to go to hell in such a way that the person is looking forward to that trip”. Clap for selfie sir and to the Minority Leader, I think you might need to attend a diplomacy application workshop.

And to the legislative embarrassment, I sincerely apologize to my fellow electorates who wasted their time voting representatives ignorant of legislative duties rather acting like being a member is by appointment by an executive. Ok if I should remind you, your offices exist via election by votes not appointment by an individual, so better be masses oriented or come 2015 wait for the present Niger state executives to Vote you in from your various constituency.

Why setting a committee on ethics, Public petitions and privileges to investigate after you did suspend a member without fear hearing ? Or it didn’t occur to you to investigate him before suspending him. Still roaming, Hon. Yusuf Kure distinguished sir, the almighty motion mover how many bills have you sponsored? Just curious to know!

As I type, frankly I have lately realized a truth about our politicians and to you a follower, do you really think your opinion and interest really is a factor to be considered by these set of beings that have same interest? Well that should be a take home assignment, dear you sycophant who sees a politician as some sort of 21st century prophet. I wish you all the best.

Which is even more disappointing between Nigerian system of democracy or the Super Eagles?

Just pondering on which is worth our full dedication because both have turn us to LAUGHING STOCK.
