After putting off marriage and honeymoon rumours, TJ aka Tee Billz, who’s also Tiwa Savage’s manager and business partner, finally took the bold step today and proposed to the Nigerian singer during her birthday dinner.
The private affair which took place some few hours ago, had close family and frirnds and celeb friends including Banky W, Don Jazzy and Praiz who sang a special birthday song to the soon-to-be Mrs Billz.
