‘Preposterous statement,’ one might be righteously angered to infer.

You would not be wrong in that assumption, if only I was saying that to myself.

I have hitherto commented either to a friend or on social media that it is the belief people have in me that keeps me going.

So many people all over the world believe in me. They think I’ll succeed. They know I’ll succeed. In fact, they are waiting for me to succeed.

Some already think/know I am a success.

To those who believe in me, I say a very big thank you.

For your sakes and mine, I’ll stay a success.

Now I feel hypocritical when I begin to grapple with doubt; when I begin to weigh my life and future on the balance of what I do.

I say to myself, ‘are you no longer the ‘Do Something’ guy?

Well, I still am.

And when the current conditions are telling me that I am inadequate for the challenges, I remember that much more believe I can! And I continue in my doings.

Sometimes, I walk into a place to get my works on their stand, and get a ‘no’; while for others, I get all sorts of accolades and warm reception, ideas and opportunity to minister.

‘Keep developing yourself,’ some would say.

‘You are a pastor!’ Others would say.

‘You have made it!’ Some more will say.

‘I will keep doing something!’

Friends, perhaps your passion for life is ebbing away, and it appears that life seems to talk down on you,

Think of all those who believe in you and are waiting for you to succeed.

If you think no one does, send me your number and I’ll be glad to expose your awesome qualities to you.
