Her latest snap features none other than her face swap buddy Scott Disick, who decided to toy with my emotions and yours with this little update on their relationship status:

Scott Disick makes a cameo in Chris Brown’s new video “Picture Me Rollin'” and it is pretty interesting.
The video starts with an extremely uncomfortable scene featuring Chris fighting with a woman in a car. Then, he gets a call from Scott Disick who is heard on the phone yelling at some women , “Hey, it’s understandable on the fucking Porsche, but off the Lambo, bitch, come on!”

As all the world found out why Kim Kardashian, 35, and Kanye West, 38, named their first son Saint West, Scott Disick, 32, thinks he has another answer! Lord Disick is taking all the credit for the name, saying Kimye wants their son to be just like him; “holier than thou” and someone who can do no wrong.
Oh Lord! Scott feels Kim and Yeezus are definitely keeping up with him in the name department. After the baby boy born Dec. 5 was named “Saint,” we’re told Scott “can’t help but feel that his originality helped give the happy parents all the ammunition they needed to bless their child with the name Saint,” a source close to Scott reveals.
“In Scott’s mind, he’s holier than thou. Scott’s even called himself a Saint plenty of times in front of he family and they all either laughed at him or rolled their eyes. Scott loves the name and thinks the child will live up to it.” Maybe he didn’t get the memo that “Saint Robert West” is a tribute to Kim’s late father, as we learned on Dec. 7.
As TMZ reported, baby Saint checked into the world weighing 8 pounds 1 ounce.HollywoodLife.com previously learned, the couple were also close to considering another iconic name. “Legend and Saint have been thrown around,” another source told HollywoodLife.com. During the name discussion, they hadn’t yet chosen one and were considering waiting “until the baby was born and live with the child for a little bit and then make the decision.” Saint and North West. Two very original names indeed. Congrats to Kim and Kanye, Saint is sure in for one wild and privileged life.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian star, 36, doesn’t hold back in a clip from the upcoming episode, calling Scott Disick a “real f**king a**hole,” for flaking on their children.
The video shows Scott getting emotional while sitting down to talk with Kris Jenner about how he couldn’t get into Kourtney’s house, despite the two agreeing on an open door policy.
“I feel like I’m missing a piece of the story,” the Kardashian matriarch explains, and calls her oldest daughter to get the full story.
“Scott seems a little confused because he thought there was an open door policy, that he could come by whenever,” Kris asks Kourtney on the phone.
“His main concern is himself, not the kids, and that’s what’s important here, is the kids,” she adds.

Scott Disick has the support of his children — and even Kris Jenner — as he continues his stay at a rehab center in Malibu, California.
The 32-year-old reality star was photographed at the rehabilitation center on Sunday, when he got a visit from his three children — 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 10-month-old Reign — as well as 59-year-old Kris. Scott was also photographed giving a few male friends a hug.
Scott was affectionate with his kids, giving baby Reign a kiss on the head, as well as picking up both Penelope and Mason. He also posed for family photos with Kris, who had a big smile on her face, and was still wearing the same pajamas she sported at Kim Kardashian’s camp-themed baby shower earlier in the day. An eyewitness tells ET that the visit lasted two hours, and that Scott “seemed fine, but a bit serious” around Kris.
Noticeably absent from the family visit was Scott’s ex, 36-year-old Kourtney Kardashian. The mother of three has been adamant about not keeping their children away from their father, a source told ET in September, despite the status of their own relationship. “Scott sees the kids whenever he wants to,” the source said. “Despite all of Scott’s addiction problems, he is a great dad and loves those kids with all his heart, and they are obsessed with him.”

Scott Disick has checked into a drug and alcohol rehab center for treatment, a source confirms to ET.
The news breaks one day after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shared a cryptic message on his Instagram account, posting an image with the phrase “Never give up” written in chalk, but no additional caption.
The 32-year-old has been having a tough year, as he and longtime love Kourtney Kardashian called it quits in July after Disick was photographed cozying up to an ex-girlfriend in Monte Carlo. “I made the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life,” Disick told Kardashian in a recent episode of the family’s reality series.
Together, Kardashian and Disick share three young children, but a source recently told ET not to expect a rekindled romance anytime soon.
“Kourtney is not taking Scott back – never, as of right now,” the source said. “Kourtney has been through a lot of drama with Scott over the years but it’s for real this time.”

Scott has been spotted with the blonde beauty multiple times in both New York City and Miami, Florida recently, not exactly going undercover with their relationship.

Scott Disick is officially a guest in his own home, meaning he can’t come in without Kourtney Kardashian’s permission.

Kourtney spent the morning working up a sweat with her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian. In the evening the trio hit the town looking absolutely angelic in radiate white dresses. It was Kourtney’s first appearance in public since news of the split broke on Monday, and she looked like she was ready to have a fun night.
The sisters, who were filming an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians while going out for a girls’ night at Casa Escobar in Westlake, California, shared a cute selfie on Instagram.
With their tongues out, it’s hard to imagine the girls weren’t sending a message to Kourtney’s ex.
Meanwhile, Scott didn’t seem too upset about the split. The 32-year-old broke his social media silence with an Instagram post on Tuesday encouraging his followers to “party with me this Friday in Vegas.”

Kourtney Kardashian has had it with Scott Disick’s hard-partying ways, and she made that very clear on the Nov. 2 premiere of her new spin-off show, Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons.

Disick, 31, responded by saying that “a lot of people” have both family and an active nightlife, to which Kardashian replied, “Great. Go hang out with those people. Go find a sloppy, drunk girlfriend. You need to face the facts. If you want to die, then you can continue to act this way.”
Later, when she asked him to build a table they’d bought for son Mason, 4, and daughter Penelope, 2, he deferred, saying he wasn’t the “right man” for the job. “I don’t read, I don’t write, I don’t build,” he told her. “I make you kids. That’s the only thing you care about in life anyway.”
He also complained that she didn’t previously have a problem with his man-about-town ways, prompting her to point out that a lot had changed over the years — except him, that is. “You haven’t evolved,” she told him. “It’s humiliating, embarrassing, pathetic. I think if you go to the city you should just stay there.”
