Despite 50 Killed At Orlando Gay Club, Many Still Flood LGBT Pride Event

Following the carnage that unfolded at the Pulse nightclub in which 50 clubbers lost their lives, thousands of Americans poured into the streets of West Hollywood to take part in an LGBTQ pride event.

19-year-old singer Hailee Steinfeld led the charge of celebs who made sure to still attend Pride events across the country despite a mass shooting targeting the LGBTQ community earlier that morning.

She was joined by stars including Danny DeVito, Carly Rae Jepsen and Kelly Osbourne at the LA
Pride parade in West Hollywood, California,on Sunday.

Dedicating her performance to the 50 dead and 53 injured in the Orlando, Florida, gay nightclub shooting, the teen danced and sung her heart out.

The teen wrote on Twitter: ‘There is no better reminder that love conquers all than joining the LGBTQ community at LA Pride tonight.

‘I could have danced all night in celebration of our freedom and equality. In memory of the victims this weekend, we stand with you and your families.’

An ex-US marine has shared his//her incredible transformation from a bearded, hairy-chested bloke into a silky headed blonde beauty.
Sona Avedian, 33, was assigned male at birth and lived as a bushy bearded chap called Matthew until his/her transition three years ago.

He knew he wanted to be a girl since the age of four, but growing up in a conservative family, it was a secret he expected to take to his grave.

He enlisted in the US marine and served six combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

To fit in and appear ‘normal’, he married and had a daughter, but when he got tired of pretending, he had come out as a transgender in 2012 and began taking hormone therapy.

Later he underwent complex surgery and stopped eating junk food to lose the excess weight he had gained over the years as a soldier.

He divorced his wife in 2013, and although they still speak it was a difficult time for both.

He/She maintains a good relationship with his 5 year old daughter.

LGBT Group Erects Huge Billboard In Kim Davis’ Town

A non-profit organization that advocates for LGBTQ rights made a HUGE billboard with a message for Kentucky clerk Kim Davis, who refused to give marriage licenses to gay people because of her Christian beliefs. The LGBT group, Planting Peace, erected a billboard in Davis’ home that reads:

“Dear Kim Davis, The fact that you can’t sell your daughter for three goats and a cow means we’ve already redefined marriage.”

Aaron Jackson, president of Planting Peace, told USA TODAY that the intention of mounting the billboard is to “expose how the anti-LGBT movement is selective in what rules to follow and how they choose to define ‘traditional’ institutions or values.”

The billboard was placed right in the middle of a long road in the rural town of 7,000 people and will be there for one month.
Jackson said:

“We have been told members of the local community have been taking photos and selfies in front of the billboard,” Jackson said. “We are excited that they’ve embraced our message.”

Davis was jailed last week for defying the court and was released on Tuesday after several same-sex couples received marriage licenses from the clerk’s office while Davis was in jail. However, Davis, who returns to work Monday, could face sanctions if she again interferes with eligible couples receiving licenses.

Nigerian transgender Stephanie Rose, is full of hatred for the Lord our God and is coming out again to insult him and call him a monster.

Stephanie, who was born a man named Dapo Adaralegbe, was expelled from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, where she was studying Law due to her homosexuality. She later underwent surgery to become a woman.

In her latest rant, she has taken to her Facebook page to share a post by an avowed atheist, Amenhotep Kingsagreed, where she thinks that God is the devil himself.

So as you can see, Jehovah god admits that it is he that does all evil, not some “fallen angel” who gets the blame.
The reason Satan gets the blame is solely so that the Christians can convince themselves that it’s not god doing it. But if you claim that god is not capable of committing evil acts then you are “giving false witness” and committing “blasphemy” against god and his character.
Now I ask you, why do you feel that this “god” is deserving of worship? Even if you believe that he does exist, after all he has done and all he admits, why would you want to devote your life to him? Of all the men who have lived not one of them can come close to the evil that this god is. No one has caused as much death and destruction that this god claims to have done.
It’s funny, the relationship that people have with this god reminds me of battered wife syndrome. He’ll beat you into submission, threaten you with terrible punishments if you don’t comply, convince you that you deserve that horrible treatment because your bad deep inside, then tell you he only does it because he loves you. Actually it’s not funny after all. It’s pretty damn sad.
Which ‘other uncontrollable devil’ is humanity searching for when the creator and inventor of evil has declared itself? The position of evil can not be checked because the same God is the creator and inventor of all evil.
Evil started from the same hopeless and foolish God because such useless and senseless God is evil. They do not go to Heaven and they do not go to Hell fire, the same God is the exact devil that deceived all religions about an untrue Heaven and untrue Hell fire!
Hell fire is a fallacy of imagination. NO BODY GOES TO HELL FIRE.”

16 Year Old Girl Who Was Stabbed At Jerusalem Gay Pride March Dies From Her Wounds

Israeli high school student, Shira Banki, 16, (left and the one in green with the knife in her back) was one of six people stabbed by ultra-orthodox jew Yishai Shlissel during a gay pride march in Jerusalem on Thursday July 30th. She died today at Hadassah hospital from injuries sustained during the attack. She wasn’t gay…she went to the march in support of her LGBT friends. Sad…

In a statement her family said:
‘Our magical Shira was murdered because she was a happy 16-year-old – full of life and love – who came to express her support for her friends’ rights to live as they choose. For no good reason and because of evil, stupidity and negligence, the life of our beautiful flower was cut short. Bad things happen to good people, and a very bad thing happened to our amazing girl.
‘The family expresses hope for a less hatred and more tolerance.’ The family requests the public respect their privacy as they grieve. We won’t permit the terrible murderer to challenge the basic values on which Israeli society is built.’ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement after sending his condolences to the family.
‘We reject with disgust any attempt to impose hatred and violence among us and will bring the murderer to justice. Shira was murdered because she bravely supported the principle that everyone has the right to live their lives respectfully and with security.’
\Candlelight vigils held tonight in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in memory of Shira.
Of the remaining five people wounded in the attack two are still in hospital in a serious condition, while three others have been released from hospital.

‘I Will Keep Attacking You For Being Gay ‘, – Ultra Orthodox Jew Who Stabbed 6 Yesterday At Jerusalem Gay Pride March

An Orthodox Jewish assailant stabbed and wounded six participants in the annual Gay Pride march in Jerusalem on Thursday, police said. Yishai Shlissel spent 10 years in jail for a similar attack a decade ago when three marchers were wounded.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned ‘as a most serious incident’ what was the worst attack in years on the event in Jerusalem, a city where the religious population is more prominent than in other parts of Israel.

Marchers numbering about 5,000 and waving banners were heading down an avenue when an ultra-Orthodox man jumped into the crowd and plunged a knife into some of them, witnesses said.

Police arrested Shlissel at the scene. It is understood that Schlissel was only released from prison three weeks ago following his 2005 attack which injured three people.

Caitlyn Jenner Nominated For Social Media Queen At Teen Choice Awards

The 65-year-old transgender star has been nominated at the upcoming Teen Choice Awards for Social Media Queen. Caitlyn goes up against Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift in the same category.
Upon the announcement Caitlyn tweeted: ‘And to think I wouldn’t have qualified for this nom a few months ago… What an honor! #TeenChoice #SocialMediaQueen’.
Jenner’s nomination came after she took Twitter by storm and beat a record held by President Barack Obama.
She joined Twitter on June 1 the same day she made her debut as a woman on the cover of Vanity Fair and broke a Twitter record by gaining more than one million followers in just four hours.
It will be a family affair at the awards show as Kim Kardashian, 34, and half-sister Kylie Jenner, 17, were both nominated earlier this month in the new Choice Selfie Taker category announced during the second wave of nominations.

Priest Announces On Pulpit That He Is Gay, Divorcing Wife And Marrying A Man

An Episcopal congregation in Queens was in for a big surprise recently when their priest Rev. Juan Andres Quevedo-Bosch, 59, came on pulpit to give Sunday sermon and announced that he is gay. The shocked congregation was further informed that he is divorcing his wife and marrying a younger man.

On a Facebook post this week, the Cuban-born prelate announced that he got married in a Los Angeles church.

“I’m in Miami Beach with my new husband. God is good,” he wrote in a caption of a picture on the beach.

According to the New York Post, many parishioners have severed ties to the church after Quevedo-Bosch came out. Many are opting to attend Mass at a satellite church a few blocks away.

“Most of the people aren’t coming anymore,” an elderly woman told the newspaper. “Because he’s homosexual, people have stopped coming.”

However, there are many people in the largely Hispanic congregation who are supporting their priest, especially after he publicly offered to resign, the woman added. A petition was circulated to urge him to stay.

Saturday services have been canceled and attendance continued to dwindle down, the Post reported.

While talking to the Post, Quevedo-Bosch would not answer questions about his former wife Adria or their divorce. He revealed very little about his new marriage to the unidentified man.

“I am aware that there have been concerns regarding my divorce and subsequent remarriage and have been in touch with my bishop and my congregation about them,” he said.

Bishop Larry Provenzano, head of the Long Island diocese, which includes Queens, told the Post that he has been in touch with Quevedo-Bosch “as is customary in personal matters that involve divorce and remarriage.” He said the priest has his full support.

“Priests who wish to enter into same-gender marriage are approved to do so in the Episcopal Church and in the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island,” Provenzano said.

Earlier this year, the U.S. Episcopal Church voted to allow same-sex marriage in the church.

In a Twitter post last week, Quevedo-Bosch said he would be keeping his personal and professional lives separate.

We Maintain Our Stand On Homosexuality, It Is Wrong – Catholic Archbishop

The Catholic Archbishop of Abuja Diocese, Cardinal John Onaiyekan today said the position of the Catholic Church in Nigeria against homosexuality remains the same.  Onaiyekan made this statement to journalists in Makurdi during his official visit to the Diocese of Makurdi today.

“Unfortunately, we are living in a world where these things have now become quite acceptable but for the fact that they are acceptable doesn’t mean that they are right. The Catholic Church considers itself as carrying the banner of the truth in the World that has allowed itself to be so badly deceived.

“Even if people don’t like us for it, our church has always said homosexuality is unnatural and marriage is between a man and a woman. There is no such thing as marriage between two men or marriage between two women, whatever they do among themselves should not be called marriage. There is no question of the Catholic Church changing its positions on this matter,” he said.

Caitlyn Jenner Says Life As A Transgender Woman Is Liberating

Caitlyn Jenner yesterday Monday, July 13 took to her WhoSay blog to pen a note of appreciation and answer fans’ questions, saying she’s thrilled with the outpouring of support from family, friends, and fans worldwide since transforming to a woman. What she wrote below…

“I knew that my transition would get some response, but I certainly never expected all of this,” she wrote. “It’s honestly been incredibly positive. I’ve met so many accepting people, including many through the ‘Ask Me Anything’ section on my site.”

Though the reception has been overwhelmingly kind, Jenner said she has seen the dark side during her journey.

“It’s been both eye opening and difficult to see firsthand what so many members of the trans community have had to go through just to be themselves. I hope to help raise awareness of these hardships so that it becomes a less painful process going forward,” she continued. “That said, the future looks bright.”

As Jenner explained in her latest blog entry, she, like many other transgender people, lived their life with discomfort until it was just too much to bear.

“I firmly believe that there are intensity levels of being trans. For example, a boy at a young age — four or five-years-old — might refuse to wear guy clothes and will only wear dresses. Not as a one-time thing, or as just dress-up play, but insistently, every day saying, ‘I’m a girl,'” Jenner blogged. “They can’t — and won’t — hide their true identity, even at that young age. Then there are others, like me, who can (kind of) live with it for a long time, even though it’s very uncomfortable.”

“I had all of the issues, but I was growing up in a very different time and I had no information. Meanwhile, I had all of my diversions, sports…this…that…married…family, but after 65 years, here I was right back with the same problems that I had when I was 10 years old and I had to finally do something about that,” Caitlyn wrote.

We Will Make Benue State Uncomfortable For Homosexuals – Governor Ortom

Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom, has declared that the state government will not spare anyone caught in gay activities in the state.

Governor Ortom made the announcement yesterday at the old banquet hall of the Benue People’s house in Makurdi during a courtesy call on him by the Prelate of the Anglican Communion of Nigeria, Archbishop Nicholas Okoh.

Governor Ortom said gay lifestyle which was being promoted in the Western world was alien to the customs, lifestyles, and the belief of Africans and the church.

He prayed that what he described as a revival would spring from the state and produce evangelists that would drive evangelization in Africa and the Western world, saying the personal knowledge of the Lord Jesus was the solution to the decadence sweeping across many nations.

He commended the Anglican Communion in Nigeria for its stand on gay marriage and pledged his support.

Governor Ortom reiterated that his administration, which was anchored on the fear of God would ensure due process and zero tolerance for corruption, even as it would entrench core values that would enhance the socioeconomic wellbeing of the people.

The Governor assured the Prelate of his readiness to personally participate in the scheduled programme of the Anglican Communion taking place in the state next year and wished them well in their current conference in Zaki-Biam.

The Prelate of the Anglican Communion, Archbishop Okoh had appealed to the Governor to do everything possible to help the church fight against gay marriage in Nigeria.

Caitlyn Jenner Spotted Teaching Lesbians, Gays And Transgenders About Happiness

The former Olympian is returning to motivational speaking and her first stop was at the Los Angeles LGBT Youth Center on Tuesday.

In these exclusive photos, Jenner is seen braving the rain with a big umbrella, while rocking a pair of figure-hugging skinny jeans, a fitted black blouse and knee-high boots as she entered the facility.

The 65-year-old star reportedly spoke to a small group of young people for an hour before taking a tour of the facility and learning more about the program.
A source told E! News: “It was a small group. They talked to Caitlyn about their experiences, what they were going through and how the Centre is helping them.”

Jenner previously admitted she decided to share her story with the world because she is eager to help people in a similar position.

She said: “I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it to help my soul and help other people.”
