Cast Members of Rich and Famous Latina TV Reality Show Engage In a Bloody Fight on Set

Two women of a South-American reality TV show known as ‘Rica Famosa Latina’ turned a scripted fight into a real gangster fight that ended up landing one of them in the hospital with a bloodied face.

The producers of the reality TV Show had planned to shoot a scripted scene of cast members Sandra and Victoria arguing over a dress and then getting into a fake brawl. Sandra instead of going with the script, let her temper get the better of her. She smashed a wine glass on Victoria’s head before grinding the broken spiked end into her chest.

According to TMZ, the pair were shooting the scene at a fashion event in Culver City when the brawl started. The scripted scene was supposed to show the women arguing over a dress. Victoria was supposed to throw a glass of wine on a mannequin, and then Sandra would throw a glass of wine back at Victoria.

While shooting, the ladies started trading real insults and it got to Sandra. Instead of throwing the glass of wine at Victoria, She went off script attacking her by smashing the wine glass over her head, and then cutting her with the spiked, broken end. Not before, Victoria got in a hefty blow to her head, leaving her with a serious swelling.

Victoria was later rushed to a hospital with cuts on her head and chest.

Law enforcement sources tells the site that despite the injuries, neither women will be charged as they’re chalking it up to mutual combat for a TV show.

Rapper Falz Opens Up On Negative Effects Of Winning AMVCA

Actor, rapper and comedian, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falzthebahdguy, has opened up on winning the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMCVA) as Best Actor in a Comedy.
Falz revealed that the award has brought lots of beef and now he always watches his back each time he walks.

He also claimed it is not easy winning the award as several actors who have been in the industry for a long time still do not have the award but he got it at his first shot at comedy acting.

The actor plays the role of a hairdresser, Segun, who works in the same salon with Jenifa. Along the line, they fell in love and had an affair.

Falz made his acting debut in the movie ‘A Couple of Days,’ in which he stars alongside Adesua Etomi, Lilian Esoro, Kiki Omeili and Enyinna Nwigwe among others.

Six Possible Choices To Play The Next James Bond

6. DAMIAN LEWIS

Lewis has the acting ability but hasn’t really done any straightforward action films since, well, unless you count The Sweeney. And we don’t. At all. At 44, Lewis is on the older side for the character. Keep in mind, however, that Craig was 38 when he signed on for Casino Royale so it’s not outside the realms of possibility here.

5. IDRIS ELBA

Idris Elba’s been linked with the role for quite a long time. At this stage, if he doesn’t get it, he never will. Just one year younger than Elba, committing to Bond is usually a five, possibly six year deal meaning that he’ll be almost 50 by the time he’d be potentially done with the role. It’s a big ask of anyone.

4. MAX IRONS

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the much younger actors. Max Irons is a strong candidate for the role. He’s got that English toff accent down to a tee, he’s athletic and he’s not hugely well-known. More often than not, Bond has always been a relative unknown. Daniel Craig’s best known film before Casino Royale was Layer Cake. Timothy Dalton had done a ton of BBC costume dramas whilst Sean Connery was in Darby O’Gill. Not only that, his dad, Jeremy Irons, would have made a brilliant mid-’80s villain against Timothy Dalton.

3. JOEL EDGERTON

If you listened to The Manual, you’ll know that we came up with this brilliant bit of casting a couple of months ago. Joel Edgerton would be fantastic in the role. He’s got that thin veil of charisma that belies something almost feral and violent – exactly what Bond was in the novels. He’s done plenty of action down through the years – Exodus, Warrior, Zero Dark Thirty – and he’s just recognisable enough to the average cinemagoer to work. In a way, he’s almost too good for the role. He’s better than Bond.

2. AIDAN TURNER

Following in the grand tradition laid down by Pierce Brosnan, Aidan Turner would make a fine Irish Bond. In fact, Turner looks somewhat similar to Sean Connery in the ’60s Bond and he’s more than capable of throwing himself into big action setpieces. Poldark, for example, has been a huge hit with audiences thanks to him being shirtless for 70% of it so that’s the whole sexuality thing sorted as well.

1. JAMES McAVOY

You thought we were going to say Michael Fassbender, right? Nope, James McAvoy’s a better shout. For one, James McAvoy is Scottish. He’s done huge action franchises (X-Men), he’s done smaller thrillers (The Last King Of Scotland) and he’s been seen on-screen in a tuxedo (Atonement). The only thing standing against him is that he’s well-known, something previous actors haven’t necessarily been. Granted, that’s no reason he wouldn’t make a perfect Bond – but would he go for it? Probably.

“Gerarahere’ Was Not In The Script, I Changed It” – Francis Odega

Before the popular lines ‘gerarahere’ and ‘wollup Nigga’, lines from the movie “Welcome To South’, began trending, Nollywood actor and comedian Francis Odega was just the average Joe in the industry, but a flash of creativity in a movie changed his life and today he has become a household name and even bagged an Etisalat endorsement.

In a chat with ENCOMIUM Weekly, the actor, revealed that the lines ‘gerrarahere’ and ‘wollup nigga’ were not even in the script and that it was something else entirely.

He said:

That movie was actually done three years ago.  Starring me, Imeh Bishop, Dede Oneday.  The story is
about three friends going outside the country with the help of a common friend.  When they came back, they began to speak with an accent to oppress the others.
The line, Gerarahere was not in the script.  The script is a guide. The script writer does not know your limitations and a good actor should be able to spice a script up as long as he doesn’t deviate from the storyline.

It was South Africa we went to, and we got back speaking Americana English.  What the script says is, ‘Hold on my brother, just hold on,’ but I changed it to ‘Wollup nigga wollup.’

I looked at the script and decided to give it my best.  I didn’t know it was going to go viral this way.  I didn’t post on Instagram and I don’t know who did. I hadn’t even joined Instagram till people started calling that I was trending on Instagram.  50 Cent even posted a video of me.

I had to download and join Instagram.  I thank God for His mercies.  I still believe God’s Hand was involved.  When God remembers one, he does wonders and God blesses who He chooses to bless.  Nobody forces God to bless him or her.”

Amen brother!

‘I’m Yet To Find My Wife’ – Nollywood Actor, Bryan Okwara

Handsome Nollywood actor, Bryan Okwara, is no doubt a lady’s man. His looks and dress sense have made him a hot cake to girls.
But despite these intimidating qualities most women pray to have in a man, he is still not married and the former Mr Nigeria said the reason for this is because he is yet to find his lost rib.
He spoke to Nigeriafilms.com on this and other issues:

What’s your definition of fashion?
My definition of fashion is 1, dress how you want to be addressed, 2, always be a gentle man, 3, dare
to be different, 4, exude confidence, 5, be original.
But you hardly wear native dresses

(Laughs), well, yeah, I just finished a campaign with Yomi Casuals and Sly Mone, I wore this Agbada, mehn, I’m killing it and he gave me a piece.

So, how many native wears do you have in your wardrobe?
Hmm, right now maybe four.

Why, don’t you support Nigerian fabrics?
It’s not that I don’t support Nigerian fabrics, it’s just about what is ready for me to wear, which goes with my brand. I wear natives of course. Like I said, I was on a campaign with Yomi Casual and native on Vogue fashion week in Port Harcourt, it was actually a native show. But naturally, I would rather wear a suit not because I have a preference, its something you are sooth in. If you wear something you are comfortable in, you will speak better, you will look better and act better. So, that’s my idea of an outfit.

Do you plan to cut your dreadlocks?
Well, you have to ask Kanu this question. If you are in the entertainment industry, different people pick different style, you pick different personality, so whatever goes with you, you go with it and if it does not go with you, don’t try to be somebody else.

When do you plan to settle down?
(Laughs), mehn, you guys just keep to your social media, you will know when the wedding bells will start ringing because this boy right here is going to the top and there is a saying that once a man has found a wife, has found a good thing, So hopefully I pray that some day that I find a good thing to go with.
