Ile Ife Crisis: Police Parade 20 Suspects, Release 18 Others

The Police have paraded 20 persons suspected to be masterminds of the March 8 crisis that rocked Ile Ife in Osun State, which took the lives of 46 persons.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood, during a news conference in Abuja, announced that 18 other persons have been released for lack of evidence against them.

He, however, noted that the 20 suspects would be arraigned in court as soon as investigations were concluded.

In a statement issued by the Police spokesman on Monday, the details of the suspects released and those indicted were revealed as follows:
