Lil Wayne Gets Candid On The Black Lives Matter Movement

Lil Wayne may have a long week with of dragging after his controversial response on his thoughts on Black Lives Matter.

ABC released footage on Lil Wayne’s sit down with “Nightline” where the New Orleans rapper seemed confused when he was asked about his stance on the BLM movement, “What is it? What do you mean?” he questioned.

If that wasn’t crazy enough, Weezy then goes on to explain why he believes why the movement doesn’t apply to him, “That just sounds weird, I don’t know that you put a name on. It’s not a name; It’s not ‘whatever, whatever.’ It’s somebody got shot by police for a f*cked up reason.”

He then goes on to say, “I am a young black rich motherf*cker, if that don’t let you know that America understand black motherf*ckers matters these days I don’t know what it is. That man white; he filming me I’m a n*gga. I don’t know what you don’t come to me with that dumb sh*t ma’am. My life matters, especially to my b*tches.”
