Somewhere in Calabasas there might sit an already finished collaboration album between Kanye West and Drake.

The pair live not far from each other in the LA suburb, and Drake has previously admitted they spend a lot of time together, so it’s only natural that some of that time would be spent making music.

“We’re just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio,” Kanye told Vogue. “We’re working on an album, so there’s some exciting things coming up soon.”

Ye declined to give a release date for the album but just knowing it’s out there, and on the way, will be enough to satisfy some fans.

It won’t be the first time either artist has collaborated with someone on an entire album.

Kanye and Jay Z’s Watch The Throne was an instant classic, while Drake’s 2015 mixtape with Future What a Time to be Alive captured a moment in hip hop.

But given the influence Drake freely admits Kanye had on his sound and career, it’s easy to imagine he’ll be stepping the levels up on this as-yet untitled album.
