Gov. Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has vowed to stand by President Goodluck Jonathan despite his defeat in the March 28 presidential election. The governor stated that he remains unequivocally loyal to the President.
Fayose, in a statement personally signed by him on Wednesday, said if President Jonathan is deserted by all Nigerians today, he would remain with him forever. He said he has decided to be his last-man standing.
He noted that no amount of intimidation from the All Progressives Congress (APC) would make him abandon President Jonathan.
