Michelle Obama issued a challenge to Ellen DeGeneres – and she was more than happy to accept.
The First Lady makes her fourth appearance the comedian’s talk show Monday to discuss her #GimmeFive campaign, which is part of her Let’s Move initiative that seeks to get people leading active and healthy lifestyles.
After showing several celebs such as Beyonce and Ryan Seacrest accepting her health challenge, in which they show five ways they lead a healthy life, Obama then challenged DeGeneres to perform the new Gimme Five dance.
“I’m not really good at choreography,” the talk show host joked. “I’m more street.”
The two then hit the dance floor along with the “So You Think You Can Dance” All-Stars, showing off their moves to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk.”
The real-life FLOTUS also met her fictional counterpart on the show, with “Scandal’s” Bellamy Young dropping by the talk show.
“The First Lady of the US, the First Lady of Scandal and the First Lady to Intercom Her Cat,” DeGeneres captioned a selfie of her with the pair on Twitter.
The First Lady’s husband recently made a talk show appearance of his own, with the President Obama stopping by Thursday’s episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The FLOTUS-centric episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” airs Monday.
