Amber Rose has filed for divorce from her husband of one year, rapper Wiz Khalifa, citing irreconcilable differences, according to documents obtained by reporters.

 The model, who filed the petition Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, is seeking full custody of their 1-year-old son, Sebastian. The couple has a prenup in place that does allow for spousal support, per the court docs.

 The first public announcement of their relationship was by Rose who Twitted in January 2011, posting an endearing message about the “Black and Yellow” rapper. “I’m so in LOVE I don’t care what anyone says that’s my baby I found happiness my heart is with Cam,” she wrote about Khalifa, whose birth name is Cameron Thomaz. When baby Sebastian was born, Khalifa shared sweet Instagram shots of mom and infant with glowing commentary.

However, unconfirmed rumors of infidelity have been swirling in recent weeks. Khalifa showed up solo on the red carpet of a Hollywood screening Monday, while Rose was spotted in close proximity to her manager and Mariah Carey’s ex Nick Cannon in recent days.
