An explosion is reported to have occurred at Unguwan Sarki in Kaduna metropolis.
Eye witnesses say an improvised expolsive device was planted inside a gutter by a popular bus stop in the area.
The explosion appears targeted at a military check point near the site of the blast.
Eye witnesses cannot confirm any casualty yet.
