Published:7 Sep, 2012

Mzansi Magic’s first telenovela, iNkaba celebrated its 100th Episode last night in style.  The show set on the backdrop of the glamorous fashion world makes a statement when it showcases the best of Kwezi Dezigns and the House of Kwa-Mbali.

100 episodes later, the characters’ journey and complications are clearly defined. In Diepkloof, life couldn’t be easier. Mzi (Ernest Ndlovu) has been forced to protect his family against the evil Goodman. Sisters locked heads because of the men in Nothando’s life. The question still remains: who is good enough for Nothando, Kwezi or Pascal? Lira would love to help her make her mind up about both of them. It won’t be long for Lira before she has her eyes on one of the hunky bachelor in the designing district.

Across Sandton, in Alexandra Township, Thuli (Matshepo Maleme) learnt to forgive her newly found father and starts bonding with him. How long will it take before the infamous Mkhuseli starts showing his true colours? Shakes and Bingza stand on the side-lines watching, Gus joins MK’s camp playing Ebony and Ivory with JP as his right hand man. All is fun until the game is turned on him.

Viewers can expect another spectacular fashion display at Mkhuseli’s Mansion as the new fashion label, House of Kwa-Mbali go head- to- head with Kwezi Dezigns. Once the catwalk is over, the show must continue as everyone in the room has an unfinished business with their counterparts. Will Nomsa ever go back home to MK? Will the determined Pretty Rick charm his way to Nothando’s heart? Petunia’s opportunistic ways reveal itself at the wake of the fashion show and Fumi finally has a hold over Kwezi’s future.

Watch the drama unfold on Mzansi Magic, Monday to Thursday every week at 20:30 on Channel 107.
