The quotation below is an indictment of the government. It is one thing for those enagaging in these illegal activities to do it secretly, it is another thing to do it overtly. Read from someone who should know:
“The scale of crude oil theft is now more than what the oil companies can handle. It is extremely pervasive. If you over-fly the whole of our operational areas in the Niger Delta, you will see canoes, barges and illegal refineries all over the place”
Shell Managing Director, Mutiu Sumonu, saying Nigeria loses an estimated 150,000 barrels of crude oil per day valued at $5 billion annually.
I have just one question: Does our government aid and abet criminality? The question is rhetoric

I think this government does aid criminality. It is a shame!
If truly illegal refineries and bunkering canoes can be seen in course of overflying the oil producing region, there is aid and abet of the whole corupt things going on out there-because its impossible for the government to claim they don’t about all that;but what can we do about it!the government is too corrupt, they don’t care the amount of awareness we have, let alone make heeding changes to avoid a mount of tension as a regard…
I think d title given to dat very intresting story suites him.Because I will. Forget dat on 25 of dis month dailytrust reveal dat a current alleaged against Farouk. is the. Same. Tactis use. to eradicate cases of the same. Integrity and also dailytrust. Reveal in cOuple of month a story.title Government as a Boko Haram FG stop playing like dat
What do you expect from a collection of corrupt ppl, brought in govanance by corrupt means to do. Dey would soon legalise corrupt to be official gratification.
I think the government is aware of the whole scenario and what ever transpired there,in short the inlegal refineries belongs to top government functionaries.
