PICTURES FROM EAGLE SQUARE ABUJA PROTEST MEETING

  • http://zainabusman.wordpress.com Zainab

I applaud our brave brothers and sisters who went out to Eagle Square to sign the Protest register and begin what we hope is sustained mass protest until the government rescinds this callous decision. However, many (young) Nigerians are still very much indifferent, because they are yet to start feeling the impact. I believe the momentum will increase in the next few weeks when it really dawns on people and they start spending their hard-earned savings on basic things. Keep it up! I really from the bottom of my heart wish I could be there with you guys. We’re with you in spirit and we are spreading the word!

I’m from Maiduguri where the present situation does not give room for public protests. However we continue to pray that God will guide u all and make us victorious at the end

I’m so excited seeing nigerians coming out to express their right to peaceful assembly. I hope all of us still enjoying our comfort zones respond to this call. The time to act is NOW. (www.idovas.wordpress.com)

Personally, I think you guys deserve more than applauds, you deserve a louder voice,we all do! All day,Nigerians have been ranting and making all sorts of statements to show their dissatisfaction with this thoughtless act of our ‘government’… Obviously, you guys did more than talk, you’re walking the walk, hopefully we’d advance in number and our voices would be heard… Its has to be!!!

  • Abu

I am very happy with the protest against the insesitive act of the government to us, this clearly show that the boko haram’s bombing is a smoke screen to diviate our attention from them do what they just did ” deregulation = crime agaist humanity”

It pains me that i and my pips could not not make down there to sign there register.
Please spreed the register to all the states and see it’s magnitude.

Finally, to think that the person peoplp fougth for with the that he will better our lives turns out to be the enemy of all.

Allah the almighty the owner of the world and everything therein will surely reed Nigeria of it’s enemies amin.
